I have ordered from Novahairaustralia 3 times. I have enjoyed the product and it does what it says. My hair is soft and it does not dry out my hair. It does not smell.

I have bought this product multiple times. I love the great condition it leaves my hair in, the fact it's a more natural product, and, of course, the colours. I mix the black and brown to get a beautiful rich colour. The only problem is that after opening a new bottle and shaking it, a lot of the clear liquid pumps out first. I contacted the company and they responded immediately, giving me advice on how to remedy this. They kept up communication even after hours until all my questions were answered. I have recommended this product to a friend, and she absolutely loves it too.

If you’re unsure whether this really works, I can honestly say it does. I’ve used the black on my partner’s greys and bought the brown for myself .

I don’t usually wear gloves, and while I do get a slight bit of staining on my hands, it fades quickly and isn’t a big issue.

I did have a small problem with how the product was dispensing from the bottle, but when I contacted customer service they replied within a few hours and sorted it out quickly. Great service, and I’ll definitely be repurchasing!

I've been using Nova Hair for a little while now. I've experimented with the dark brown, but have now migrated to black.

It's so quick and easy to use and relatively mess-free.
It really does only take 10 minutes, and I usually do my hair refresh once every 6-8 weeks.

Do be careful of splashing the dye around. Clean it up straight away, or use bleach on your tiles.

I'm really happy with this product and will continue to use it and recommend it to friends.

I commented on my friends hair one day, as the colour was beautiful. It had lots of warmth and different tones to it. My friend told me about Nova. I gave it a go and was hooked straight away. It is so much cheaper than the salon, I am saving a lot of money and I control the colour in my hair!! The Nova team are so easy to deal with, respond to correspondence quickly and are very helpful. Online ordering is easy and you don't have to wait long for it to arrive. Love, love, love this product!

I placed an order but never received it. When I contacted Nova Hair, I was told it had been delivered last Saturday—yet I received no email or text notification. Later, I discovered the courier left the package outside a high-rise building, where anyone passing by could easily take it. Nova Hair said they couldn’t help and didn’t even offer to report the incident to their courier. I spent my hard-earned money and got nothing in return. I will never purchase from Nova Hair again if they continue using such an unreliable courier that shows no care for customers.

Great product!!!! Was skeptical thought it would be too good to be true but it works and in 10 mins i was it out and its perfect back and no staining on my hairline or ears! I do wear gloves for my own sake to get risk my nails discolouration. My hair actually feels so good after it too soft and strong I will buy more with out a question

We purchased the Med Brown hair colour for my dad. I had seen the ads running for ages and had to convince my mum to get him to try the product. My mum is an ex haidresser and she was amazed at how good the colour turned out and how much easier it was to apply. Tried Nova dye shampoo and it's amazing, coloured my grey hairs with no problem. Quick and easy. Had trouble with the pump contacted Nova Australia and received an email from Sam on the same day with instructions on how to solve the problem. Fantastic product, fantastic company. I would also like to add that as a casual remark I wondered how long the dye would last and Sam quickly responded on numerous ways to keep the colour longer in my hair. This product is a game changer! It says Nova Australia. But the products are coming from China. No delivery date mentioned during order and pretending the origin is Australia. Now nearly 12 days on my order, when I track the parcel in says "AU international flight arrived". Still no delivery date confirmed though the product is in Australia now. My hair is becoming white now. :(
