I ordered a dress. They processed the order and gave me a fake tracking number. I emailed they did respond and said it's on the way but could not provide a tracking number. I had to dispute with my credit card.

I ordered a frame for glasses on 6.16.20; Novahe confirmed the order and processed the credit card. I have confirmation of the order. I have paid and they have not fulfilled my order. I have not heard from this company since first contact online. I have emailed inquiries twice now and still no joy. Their web site seems to have disappeared. I have no way to cancel the order. The customer contact info just loops around giving me no way to even contact the company through a site for SEAUUU.com. I am disputing the charge through my credit card issuer. I am reporting this business to Consumer.ftc.gov. I would give this company a 0 star review if that option was available.

I think this might be a scam
I think this might be a scam. I ordered a very nice looking men’s sweater- it arrived 90 days later and looked nothing like the picture. It only qualifies for a refund if returned within 30 days of purchase, which doesn’t apply here since it took so long to ship. Plus, they only “refund you” once you’ve sent it back and it’s “inspected”. They might refund me, but I’m not optimistic I’ll see my money again at all.
