I am extremely disappointed with Novakid Israel’s customer service.

My son has been studying with Novakid for two years, and I am simply trying to renew his subscription. I have contacted you through Instagram, email, WhatsApp and your website, but no one gets back to me.

The representative handling my account, Igor, barely responds, and now even my messages through the website no longer seem to go through as they used to. I am concerned that I may have even been blocked.

I simply want to renew my son’s subscription. I would appreciate it if Miryam, Director of Novakid Israel, or a senior manager could contact me urgently.

​Novakid is truly amazing! My kids have been learning English with them for two years now, and their progress is incredible. I highly recommend Novakid to any parent looking for a fun and effective way to teach their children English!

לא להתקרב לחברה הזאת!!!!! ביקשתי מספר פעמים לבטל את המנוי והם לא עונים אני נאלצת לפנות לחברת האשראי על מנת להכחיש עסקה!!!! דבר נוסף הם אמרו שאפשר לבטל תמיד ועכשיו כשביקשתי לבטל היה כתוב שאני אשלם עוד 4 חודשים!!! לא להתקרב!!!

עשיתי שיעורי נסיון עם שני הילדים, רשמתי ילד אחד למנוי של חצי שנה,לאחר התשלום גיליתי שההניה שהובטחה לי לא מעודכנת.
אני מנסה כבר שבוע וחצי לתפוס את השירות לקוחות ללא הצלחה, ברגע שילמתי אני כבר לא מעניין אותם יותר. הפסיקו פשוט לענות בוואטאפ.

הבן שלי בן 10 היה לו ידע הכי בסיסי באנגלית של בית ספר)שזה לדעתי לא מספיק ביכלל) ניסיתי לשבת איתו לבד על ספרים ופעילויות באנגלית אך לצערי הרב ללא הצלחה... לגבי נובקיד הייתי קצת סקפטית לא הייתי בטוחה עם תהיה הצלחה מכיוון שהמורים לא מדברים עברית או רוסית... אך לשמחתי אחרי שיעור ניסיון שהוא חינם ראיתי כמה טוב לבן שלי השיעור הלך... רשמתי אותו ועכשיו כבר אחרי 5 שיעורים אני מרגישה שינוי אצלו ביום יום הוא מגלה עיניין בקריאה באנגלית. והמשחקים שנובהקיד מציעה מעניינים קלילים וניתן ללמוד מהם. רבה!!!! תודה רבה!!!

We’ve been with Novakid for 3.5 years and we truly love it! My children enjoy the lessons a lot, and we especially love our teacher — she is patient, kind, and makes learning fun and engaging. The platform is very convenient and interactive, and I can really see the progress in my children’s confidence and English skills. הבן שלי מזה שנה לומד בנובקיד ואנחנו ממש מרוצים. התוכנית מאוד טובה ומחלקת בצורה מקצועית את החומר הנלמד. המורים מלמדים את התכנים בצורה מגוונת כך שהילד לומד היטב את החומר. המורים מאוד מקצועיים וטובים ומעבירים את השיעור במשחק והצגה של החומר בצורה מעניינית. ממליצה בחום

My girl loves the tallking classes, she jumps around with exitment and fun all class

The syllabus includes a well designed UI that promotes all around positive interaction. This highly contributes the learning process. A few tech issues relating to connection and access via ipad (apple tablets) need to be addressed.
