We had the best time working with Sumaiya Shabdeen and Kavindya Ratnadasa on our purchase and I would highly recommend them! We had a dream and a deadline to complete within three months and we managed to go from offer to completion in nine weeks!! Which was fully down to Sumaiya and Kavindya. Unfortunately I had to cancel the purchase due facts I wasn't aware at the beginning.
Big thank you for Sharmila and Nirukja for the findings and explanations.
The process was slow, due the seller's side, but I've got a weekly update of my case.
As this was my second attempt to buy a property, I was so happy to get a weekly update without request or chasing.
Highly recommend and definitely will stay for my 3rd and hopefully final purchase attempt :)
