Smart Wireless Charging Alarm Clock
My husband bought me the Smart Wireless Charging Alarm Clock for my birthday and honestly, I wish he hadn't wasted his money. It's a cheap plastic piece of rubbish and only good for the pretty lights. The instructions only cover half the functions, you have to work the rest out for yourself.
The sunrise simulation does not work as advertised. It is definitely not a gradual increase in brightness, it brightens in three jumps really quickly.
The alarm feature is terrible. You cannot set the alarm through the app, you have to set it on the product, and making changes to the settings on the app do not seem to work at all. I set an alarm for Monday to Friday only, eventually managed to get this to work after many trial and errors (as the settings you need to input are not covered sufficiently in the instructions). I did not set an alarm for the weekend, however the product decided to do that for me and woke us up both weekend mornings going off at full volume.
It says you can turn off the time display at night, but doesn't actually tell you how, or which button to push for this feature.
The wireless charging is NOT fast.
The time is supposedly set automatically when Bluetooth pairing with an iPhone. It does not, and I believe it doesn't pair well with iPhones at all as half the functions on the app do not seem to update the product.
Customer support were effectively useless, they do not know how to use the product themselves. Do not waste your money.
