NOVEBA is a UK based new fintech with Russian share. They say to provide online payment solutions to 195 countries. I am Spanish in SE Asia and need this kind of services. I though that if new, could offer performed features. Nevertheless, from the start, in order to subscribe, they make you do something very uncommon in neobanks: fill a detailed form explaining what you want to do with your own funds. This was not relevant (to me), so I went on, finding that during weeks was adamantly impossible to me to finish the KYC process. Worst of all was that the support agent, Nadezna Bekket, was all this time insisting to me that the procedure was feasible. Strikingly, one day I receive a no-answer-back email signed from the Noveba Team straight away stating they can not open account to ME. As I get confused for this arbitrary discrimination of a e-money institution open to populations of 195 states and I can't inquiry back the Team, I address Lady Nadezna, but she does not answer. I deduce something there is indeed wrong. I check and I see in the company page that, unlike almost all of the payment companies they do not make differences between business accounts and personal ones, nor in the international money card, and I link this with the form previous to registration, where they can read I am not a East European wealthy tycoon interested in confusing accountabilities through an instant internet transfer tool throughout the world. I have no better explanation as the company refuse me anyone.
