Stayed here coming up to 3 years and I can say the staff are so welcoming. Such a vibrate experience as well as both staff and students getting along so well.

I chose this accommodation because of the community and what I heard about the events. Everything is well taken care of and it's a lovely place to live. I'm really looking forward to the events in February!! Glasgow Bridle works.

I’m currently staying at bridal works in Glasgow and I have to say the accommodation is lovely but it is made better by the staff the property manager Natalie is so helpful and Lucy the event coordinator is such fun 🤩

This is the best accommodation ever. They’re always there to help, I love the events that they put in place for everyone to socialise. The property manager and all the staff are so friendly and make you feel comfortable. My favourite feature is the coffee machine that is free and available 24hrs.

Best student accommodation , the facilities and events that are held here are 10/10. such an inclusive and diverse team.

Not even a single star would I offer this business. My daughter's tenancy deposit has been the subject of our attempts to retrieve it since September. After multiple conversations with Maria Sharkey and Olivia Horncastle, the personnel handling the deposits, we have been informed that finance is handling the reimbursement. However, you will not receive a response to your repeated emails or evidence of payment, and they will not take your calls. My deposit was held in the government plan, according to the leasing arrangement document my daughter got from Student Novel. It was not given a certificate number. Due to their failure to abide by the terms and conditions, the Tenancy Fees Act, and the Tenancy Agreement, we are forced to pursue legal action against Student Novel. This company has been the subject of legal action in the past, according to reviews.

My son left Novelstudent Canterbury long before his lease ended. This was followed by correspondence clarifying exactly how much we had to pay, since the data in the Novelstudent system and in the lease agreement differed. During the correspondence, my son was removed from the Novelstudent payment system, where we could make a payment, thereby depriving us of the opportunity to make a payment. The last email from Novelstudent dated July 28, 2023 stated that my son had been removed from the Novelstudent system (given that his lease agreement ended on August 31, 2023). This Novelstudent email did not contain any information about the amount of debt.
Twice, on July 28 and August 7, 2023, I emailed Novelstudent about how much I should pay for my son's debt. They ignored both of my requests. Moreover, Novelstudent did not officially contact me, as my son’s guarantor, to demand payment. Instead, they appointed STA Unify to collect the debt on their behalf. As a result, I paid STA Unify a fee of £121.97.
