I cannot recommend Novel highly enough
I cannot recommend Novel highly enough. I received exceptional service and customer care from Adam. One of the wines I ordered was not available and Adam went to great lengths to ensure that a suitable replacement was sourced and that it would arrive in time for my husbands birthday. He even followed up to ensure I received it on time.you just don’t get that level of care these days! Will be using as my “go to” for Croatian wines!

Buying the wine was effortless was was the fast dispatch time.
My only * was the delivery company returned the vase to their storage which was 30 miles away. So free postage was not really the case....there was no one home when they tried to deliver.

Waste of time and money
We ordered three bottles of wine - three arrived and one was not what we ordered at all - contacted the company and basically told it was tough - I responded and haven’t heard back from them - I will never recommend them or order from them again -
