Quick & efficient customer service
I had a quantities error on an order of a case of wine so that I had one extra of one bottle and one less of another. I sent a message online via the website explaining the problem. They soon contacted me within about an hour and a half, apologising and filing an order to send the missing bottle to me and said that I should keep the incorrectly received extra bottle as an apology.

Didn’t receive the order
Paid for guaranteed next day delivery on the 15th of December for Christmas and as of today (Christmas day) I still haven’t received the order. Sent 3 chaser emails. Terrible customer service/delivery experience. Can’t review the product as I haven’t received it!

Novel Wines Well Worth Exploring
Novel Wines listened to what went wrong last time and made sure everything was perfect this time including dealing with the delivery company who on the previous occasion just dumped the box at the front door but claimed they had handed it to me.
You may think Novel Wines will have some weird wines but everything I have received over several years has been excellent - not a dud. I am on my 2nd order of Freedom Wine which is a blend using grapes from Ukraine, Moldova and Georgia. As a form Chairman of the London branch of The International Wine and Food Society I can tell good from bad.

Excellent service
The wine arrived in superb packaging, I’ve never seen anything like it. It would have taken a drop from height to damage the bottle. That care alone tells you how brilliantly this company values their product and your custom.

Great and personal experience
Great and personal experience. It's highly recommended the wines, particularly for those more adventurous, but equally for those looking for quality/price.

Great Processing but Watch the Courier
Fast processing & dispatch, with tracking available throughout. Exactly what I wanted & great timing through the whole process. Nice one!
One slight hiccup was the courier DHL. I am injured & on crutches. My pal left a note on the door explaining this. Courier left the case in an unlocked porch without even knocking on the door to alert me.
Not Novel's fault but they DO need to know about this, as too many experiences like this can affect Customer Experience (CX).
Good service from Novel though.
