Whilst sitting in my house I did not know I had my delivery. Doorbell works and as was in a knock on the door would been good.

Great product, quick delivery.

The service was first class the staff were polite and very friendly and efficient

I ordered two dog cooling mats. Tracking the order tells me that it has been delivered, when in fact it has not been delivered (to my address, anyway).
Very little help from Novevio, so I have paid in good faith but have received nothing.
I would suggest that you do not touch this company with a ten foot pole.

Item was exactly as described very pleased with it

I love the tops, the material is different to what I expected, it doesn't look the same material as the model is wearing. I washed them and ironed them and they look very nice. I wish I had ordered the next size up, they fit, but I like my tops a little loser. Looking forward to wearing them.

Charged my card more than what was shown on my order summary including delivery. Items have not turned up. Getting no where with customer services. Looking at these reviews, it looks like they take more money than the order total amounts to from a hell of a lot of people. I should of read up on the company first. I've learnt my lesson. How are they allowed to get away with taking more money than you authorise on your order/card. So wrong.
Don't touch this company.

The product was very good was a bit sceptical at first that it would work, but they do, would be good if towel was bigger but very pleased

The items purchased appear to be good quality.
Delivery wasn't too bad.

The idea of a cooling towel during this Summers heatwaves appealed to me. So I ordered but by the time they took to be delivered the heat had subsided , so now I will have to wait until the next heatwave before I can say if the cooling towels actually work. I have had a quick look at one and I would say that it is a bit far fetched to describe them as Towels mor a cooling dishcloth but thinner.

The towels do get cold but I don't think they get as cold or stay cold for as long as the advertising leads you to believe

Reasonable quality for the price but the price went up a bit at checkout with no explanation which is why only a 3 star

The item was smaller to what I expected and looked cheaper than it was.
