Love my lab diamond stud earrings from Novita. Still sparkling as new and honestly can’t tell the difference from my previous diamond studs. They also have a spring clasp ‘butterfly’ for extra security against them falling out.

Aly was amazing
Aly was amazing, she helped me choose my diamond earrings (both pairs) and my diamond necklace. I will be going back for my wedding band. My diamonds and flawless, and her service was fantastic. Novita are also reasonably priced compared to places like the diamond shop who can charge 3 - 5x as much for the same diamond.
I would buy more, if my credit card allowed it.

Brisbane showroom great service
April from the Brisbane showroom was really helpful and friendly and helped my partner and I get a good understanding of what we were looking for and also gave plenty of info around the all of the diamonds/rings. Would definitely recommend a visit

Engagement ring & wedding ring
Went to purchase my fiancé’s engagement ring 2 years ago and had exceptional service from the initial consultation all the way up to the collection of the ring and also free unlimited cleaning.
Returned 2 years later in 2025 in preparation for the wedding and Sanya was once again able to assist and make sure we picked the perfect rings for the big day.

All the staff were amazing, I chose to change the width of my bands and did this all via email/photos and they were so helpful with the process.

The ability to customise my exact ring from the diamond shape to band metal and everything in between from the comfort of my home is unmatched. No upselling or pressure from a retail outlet just and super simple and easy process to build my ring.
Once the ring arrived I was beyond happy with the quality and service from the Novita Diamonds Adelaide team. I would definitely recommend this to anyone who is after a custom engagement ring.

Exceptional service and stunning diamond!
Novita made the entire process of purchasing the perfect diamond for my engagement effortless and really enjoyable. They were so helpful from the start, encouraging me to come into their office to see the diamond before making a decision and even compare it to different sizes, shapes and clarity. Their expertise and guidance made everything so much easier - I learnt so much from them about the whole process! The diamond itself is 2ct and absolutely stunning - my fiancé loves it! Amazing experience
We have been happy customers of Novita since 2022. My husband really enjoyed the process of designing my dream engagement ring with Novita. We have since purchased my wedding ring & eternity ring from them, I absolutely love my complete set & have received plenty of compliments. Having the option to engrave my pieces was a special touch that made my pieces feel even more unique to me.
The team have always been so helpful and I really enjoyed my time in the store during appointments. Each time I went in for an appointment, I was always given incredible customer service & not once did I feel rushed or pressured. I had all my questions answered either in person or over email when making a purchase. I always left the store with an exceptionally clean ring & I now own their ring cleaning pen (which I highly recommend).
I highly recommend Novita Diamonds & I can’t wait to build on my collection of their amazing pieces throughout the years.

Looking for an engagement ring for my partner, we had shopped around, but once we arrived at Novita, we knew this was the place we wanted, the team made us feel comfortable, are patient, and allow us the time to discuss and find the best product. I am a repeat customer of Novita Diamonds. The service is exceptional and personal. Recently I lost the backing to one of my earrings, I got in touch with Toby who very promptly helped me out and I had a replacement to me within a matter of days! It is very nice to know that that I can contact Toby directly, a very big reason why I remain loyal to Novita - the customer service.

I got my engagement and wedding rings…
I got my engagement and wedding rings from here and the team were amazing, from picking my diamond to the setting and then bringing in the exact diamond and letting me have a look at it in person before setting it was amazing!
Bonus the team also accommodated my husband request of getting the rings engraved without me knowing what it said
