Novoauto Avis 

Words simply will never be enough. Sincerely, from the pits of my depression.. i wouldn't wish my worst enemy to even encounter this "company".

Adis broke the back seat rails of my newly bought car from them the day I went to pick the car up. This was November 2023. He has ignored all my emails and will not answer the phone to me anymore. I am furious. Broke my car and then hiding from every point of contact. Disgusting behavior. Been waiting so long that trust pilot wouldn't let me go back that far to the date he damaged my car!

Myself and my husband visited Novo Auto on 19th September and test drove a 2019 Land Rover Discovery. My husband drove it about 100 yards and it stalled/cut out (it's an automatic) we drove around 1 mile down the road where we swapped. I proceeded to start my drive and as we pulled out the car completely lost power i couldn't do anything. On a country road this was quite scary. We managed to get the vehicle going and drove back. We advised Adis of this and also said it wasnt safe for test drives. We decided to place a deposit on the basis this would be investigated. We completed the relevant documents and agreed for a delivery date of 27th September. 21st September i asked for the pictures of the car and also the warranty prices which we were advised would be sent over to us on 19th September. We had no reply. So I emailed again on 24th September, again no reply. My husband called Adis to check if my emails had been received and we were then told the car wouldn't be without us Friday as it needed a new start/stop sensor. Had we not called we wouldn't have known this. We had at this point already sold our previous car and with 3 children this was going to cause difficulty. We were then told it would be delivered the following Friday. 
30th September i emailed for an update as we had heard nothing, we were just told he would chase the supplier! Again I expressed the need for the vehicle because our children had to miss things because of not having a car.
2nd October my husband called again to try and get an update. The part had still not arrived and we were then told it needed a new turbo!
Adis arranged for us to use a courtesy which he dropped of 3rd October again we had to chase confirmation of this. It was dropped off on 2nd October in the evening. Adis then promised us we would have the car mid week the following week.
We then came to realise the courtesy car we had been given had one snapped seat belt, so again we couldn't all use the one vehicle!

8th October i emailed Adis as we hadn't not had the update we had been promised. He confirmed we were all good for Friday. We asked for a rough time but had no response. I emailed again on 10th October for a rough time as we had plans, again no response.

Friday morning comes and still no contact, between the above emails my husband had also been calling. 3 hours before the car was due to be dropped off my husband called for an update to be told that the car wasn't ready! We had a gut feeling this would happen so started searching again for another vehicle! Adis advised we would have it the following week.

After the amount of times we had been messed around and the poor communication we decided to pull out as we couldn't be without a car any longer.

The courtesy car was left on our drive for a week and today, we have finally received our refund which was promised to us when the courtesy car was dropped off if he couldn't get us the car as promised for the 3rd time.
I wouldn't personally reccomend this garage and I would definitely point this out a place not to go.

My wife and I travelled over a hundred miles to buy our Car from Novo Auto just from Reading reviews I'm so glad we did from meeting James on the forecourt it's was a pleasure no pressure the guy couldnt have been more helpful we felt he was honest informative he could have been more helpful I feel it has impressed me the way it has as let's face it certainly from my experience its not very often you find a car sales outlet with the likes of James he's a real credit to the company and I wouldn't hesitate to go back a purchase from there next time despite the distance Thankyou so much James and the car is fantastic

Excellent service and customer service part exchange my car for another car and absolutely love it thak you so much Asif you were spot on and helping me though for getting my new car really I really recommend Novo auto to anyone they are excellent and not pushy to sell a car to you.

These guys are just clowns when it comes to car purchases. I was selling my car as I private, they came, inspected the car, had a test ride, found some flaws, requested almost 2 grand discounts confirmed they were ready to buy it 2 or 3 TIMES!!! Sent me the invoice, sent the money to my bank account, took both keys and vehicle log book (V5C). After all these actions some senior guy came and requested an extra 500 quid discount or all his money back!!! I was on my own, alone versus 3 professionals who buy and sell cars on daily basis. The "senior" guy was quite aggressive, so I was literally forced to return his money. Amazing experience for me, almost 5 hours of wasted time in 2 days. Avoid them at all costs!
