NovSight Auto Lighting Avis 

Hello, I had an issue with the lamps and sent a message about it; I received a quick response, and a new lamp was sent out. I am very happy about this. I really appreciate their attentiveness and would recommend them.⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

The light output on these LED light bars is insanely bright. The beam pattern gives great coverage without hot spots, making late-night trail rides so much easier and safer. The wiring harness and brackets lined up smoothly on my Jeep, and the setup looks factory-fresh. I’ll definitely be coming back for future trail upgrades!

Bought the new $1400 Cyber Eye headlights for my jeep. Installed them and they worked for about 2 hours and then the screen just stopped working. Headlights work fine. Sent them 2 emails and never got a response. They are new to the market and only 30 have been sent out, there is no troubleshooting online and just a couple videos due to being so new. Can't count on their customer service. Looks like I will have to put in a claim with credit card company to do a charge back.

Ordered Novsight Cybereye. Perfect fit, easy install. 5 ⭐️ all day. Will be ordering more from them!!

I ordered a $1300 light bar that consist of pods. I installed the light bar and the light bar snapped that one of the sidebrackets and broke. Because their pods it’s easy to fix. I just need that bracket. So I reached out to this company in April and let them know what happened. It is now July and all they have managed to do is refund me $200 out of the $1300. They said that they mailed me the replacement part from China and that takes a while. And I completely get that. They sent me no tracking information whatsoever. So on July 2, I reached back out for them to send me a tracking number that says that the package was delivered to me 13 days ago. Which it absolutely was not. So now I’m sitting here with a broken light bar and I’m out $1100. This has been the worst experience I have ever had and I wish I would’ve just spent $2000 on a freaking KC.

One of my H4 led bulbs failed after 18 months . I contacted Novsight who replaced them within a week .
Highly recommended .

Customer service is awesome, Ivy was super helpful long after the return policy was up and the mistake was mine she accommodated me to make it right..

Very good company, I ordered some led lights of amazon and one of them came vaulty so I contacted novsight and they sent me a replacement pair free of charge without even asking me to send back the first ones, no delivery fee or nothing. Completely free.
10 out of 10 customer service, its been a while since I've encountered a company with this good service. The lights are very bright too compared to other brands I tried.

The lights worked fine, for 5 months. The secondary(X) bulb in my driver's side light went dim and finally stopped working. I reached out to their customer service team for a warranty bulb and was told they WILL NOT replace the bulb because I bought the set on Amazon. If the NOVSIGHT means NOTHING, change your name to Amazon. With all of the competition in this industry, you would think great customer service could help set you apart from others. Failed.

Ordered four days ago and paid for express. They printed a GROUND SHIPPING label so far, but have not actually shipped and will not refund me for the express shipping I paid for. I do not recommend buying anything from Thai company.

I had a problem with my lights. I contacted NovSight via email and, within 24 hours, received a response and a solution. I received a replacement within 3 days... Now that's good service.

Ordered a switch panel and some lights from company. Switch panel was received defective and Novsight customer service is ignoring my request for refund or replacement even though I notified them with evidence within 3 days of receiving product. They are not helpful at all. I do not recommend ordering from their website. The lights look great but I feel their quality will lack in the near future as well and I’ll be left holding the bag as they clearly do not honor their warranty or offer good customer service.

I purchased lights that didnt even last a year, they just died on me at night on pitch black road at 50mph. I messaged company got from and they didnt even reply to me first off i had to repeatedly message them an when did reply said deal with novsight auto lighting directly as its their item and their warranty eveb though i had purchased off them and not directly from novo. So I wrote to them an they didnt refund me or send me replacements either. In the end I had to keep messaging an emailing both companies over and over explaining laws an their warranty length an terms an eventually got replacement lights. I dont know who from...it just arrived one day in the post randomly after messages had stopped.

Was hassle from the start and I wont ever use either company again based on my experience. Such a shame as when the lights work... they are really good.

Purchased a light bar from Novsight. The package arrived after about ten days and looked like it had been around the world. The shipping tag said florida but i'm pretty sure it got drop shipped from China. Somewhere along the way the brackets and harness went missing out of one of the many holes in the packaging. Novsight customer service replaced the missing parts (drop shipped from china verified). Still waiting for them. It will be about 1 moth from purchase to complete delivery of a product I should have ordered on amazon for an overnight delivery.

Converted my projector headlights on my Peugeot to LED with there bulbs no problems at all with fantastic light output

About to do my Saab aswell so will order again from novsight

3years the bulbs have been in my pug still going strong

This company is a scam!!!! Stay away! I just reported them the tried to scam me out of $350. They will take your payment and send you a fake tracking companies info 🙄 Selling out of China!
