was my first time shopping with Novu, I have seen them all over my socials for a while and always wanted to, so when I saw the sale prices I couldn’t resist! Ordered a bunch of fits and incredibly impressed with the quality. Some of the items just weren’t for me, so returned and got a quick refund. However majority I loved and will certainly be shopping with them again 10/10

Extremely poor service and cheap materials
Ordered a pair of trousers which were poor quality and didn't fit me well. After I returned them (in the zip lock bag they sent me), they stated the packaging of the return was poor - not my fault your zip lock bags are shit. Avoid this company - not great quality, terrible customer service.

We welcome all customer feedback, however we strongly disagree with this review and feel it does not accurately reflect the situation.
The item was unfortunately returned to us in very poor condition, not in the same state it was delivered. No care was taken when returning the trousers - they were sent back without a mailing bag, ins a see-through zip bag, leaving the item exposed to the elements during transit.
As a result, the product was returned in an unsellable condition, which is why it could not be accepted in line with our clearly stated returns policy.
While we always aim to be fair and reasonable, customers are required to take reasonable care when returning items. In this case, that standard was not met. Our returns policy is transparent and applies equally to all customers to ensure fairness.
We take pride in our product quality and customer service, and we’re disappointed that this experience has been represented in a way that omits these key facts.

Shocking company - DO NOT BUY!
Shocking company; absolute grifters. I would avoid at all costs!
Cheap materials, bad customer service and terrible process for returns!
when my products arrived, I noticed some of the sizing was way off! I got more than one shirt in a large; some came up so tight and others I was literally drowning in materials - exact same design, just different colours so why is the sizing so inconsistent?!
I returned some of the shirts and they tried to lowball me on the amount I was owed - I quickly brought this to their attention and they said they would ensure this was corrected.
It then took them nearly 3 weeks to process the return and when they did; they totally ignored the fact that I had sent them two tops back and not one and tried to only refund me for one!
I've since flagged this up with my bank and will be activating a chargeback against them.
Shocking company, I wish I looked at their reviews sooner. I would have totally avoided them.
In light of the LIES this company has told in their reply; I will happily upload images of the company’s customer support actually admitting their failures!
Do not play with me; I keep a record of everything!

We’re sorry to see your review. While we respect all feedback, we do feel it’s important to clarify a few points, as parts of this review are misleading.
Regarding product quality, only 1 out of the 5 items from your order was returned. This would suggest that the remaining items met your expectations and were kept, which does not align with the suggestion that all products were of poor quality.
On sizing and fit, the two Pleat Shirts referenced are not the same product and are not designed to fit identically. One is the Pleat Shirt SS (SS24), while the other is a different Pleat Shirt style from SS25, with a completely different cut and fit. At no point on our website do we advertise these as the same item or suggest they follow the same sizing profile.
In terms of returns and refunds, our customer support team remained responsive and helpful throughout, assisting with the return and reviewing the refund query when it was raised. Any adjustments required were addressed once flagged, and processing times were in line with our stated returns policy during a busy period.
We always aim to be fair, transparent, and consistent in how we support our customers, and we’re disappointed that the situation has been presented without this context.

Everything good here
Not only are their clothes fantastic quality, their sale previews are brilliant and genuine, but you have to be quick! (items I bought for my son half price are now back up to double) Delivered on time and packaged lovely,

First time ordering from here as I’ve been seeing adverts online , and everything was spot on. Was a bit weary at first ordering from a new site, but this website was easy work to use and didn’t realise how much choice they actually have ,ordered far too much , delivery was super quick and the quality of clothing was amazing.
