Do not ever use this company. Lease a house with stove and aircons not working months for repairs. In the wet season roof leaking house made uninhabitable. STILL WAITING ON COMPENSATION?????????

Very professional
Very professional, great with communication, very thorough quarterly inspections, provide relevant feedback for maintenance items. They may be dearer but sometimes you have to pay for quality.
It is worth paying more when you TRUST your agent. Also i have had previous bad experiences with other companies so that's why I stick with now leasing.

Good service
Good service, friendly staff and they do inspections so regularly.
I can't fault them and have had properties interstate and in the NT and they have been the best so far.

NOW Leasing was the best real estate…
NOW Leasing was the best real estate agency I have ever experienced. If i was a property owner, I would want them looking after my investment:
- inspections are very thorough, and both the tenant and landlord get emailed copies of photos + notes
- they are quick to respond to all enquires, and get maintenance done as soon as it is needed
- they team is very friendly and pleasant to deal with. We had to break our lease as we moved interstate - they were very patient in answering all our questions and helped us get new tennants into the property
