Servizio incompleto pessimo con pubblicità

Il servizio è assolutamente pessimo e ingiustificato a fronte di un costo esorbitante di oltre 35 euro al mese. Il catalogo è povero e composto da contenuti vecchi con la presenza assurda di serie TV incomplete, come nel caso di Euphoria di cui è disponibile solo la terza stagione. La gestione dei programmi è imbarazzante perché molti non sono disponibili on-demand ma si possono guardare solo se passano in replica sui canali lineari. Nonostante il prezzo elevato si è costretti a subire pubblicità non saltabile all'inizio e a metà puntata, un’interruzione inaccettabile per un abbonamento premium. A questo si aggiungono gravi carenze tecniche dato che il passaggio automatico tra gli episodi è impostato male e taglia sistematicamente il finale della puntata corrente. Infine il totale disinteresse verso il cliente è palese in fase di annullamento dell'abbonamento, dove non viene chiesta alcuna motivazione o parere sulla scelta. Statene alla larga, non vale assolutamente la spesa.

Just been caught up in this scam. Thought I'd cancelled this twice 3-5 months ago - first time I thought I'd messed up then it appeared again. No idea why "it's not going through".

What a crap company . I have tried to register a complaint 3 times each giving me a different reason why I can’t . Technical issues no complaints department and another put the phone down on me . DO NOT USE THIS BROADBAND. Won’t get my refund for another month . Absolute shite

⚠️ WARNING ABOUT NOW TV ⚠️
I cancelled my subscription and received confirmation from their support that I would NOT be charged again after the minimum term.
Despite this, NOW TV continued to take money from my bank account multiple times.
Even worse:
- Each payment appears under different reference codes
- They are not responding to my bank (Barclays) investigation
- They ignored their own written confirmation
This is completely unacceptable and feels misleading.
My bank is now investigating, and I have reported this to the relevant UK authorities.
If you are considering NOW TV — be VERY careful and monitor your bank statements closely.
I will update this review if the issue is resolved and refunded.

NOW TV / Openreach _ Missing jewellery following engineer visit

Now tv arranged an engineer visit from Openreach to my house in Harlow on 17.3.2026.
The engineer visited and for some reason said he needed to work from my bedroom. Following his visit 2 items of jewellery were missing from bedroom.
I raised a complaint to NOW TV who said they can not help and to contact Openreach to raise a complaint.
Openreach responded saying I need to speak to NOW TV as they can not help.
After several emails to and fro neither NOW TV or Openreach are taking responsibility and bouncing back and forth with no action.
I have called NOW TV several times and they keep saying they can not help. I have request cancellation of my contract which they are not doing.
Can anyone please help / give me advice on what to do in this situation? I am at my wits end with their total disregard for my situation and loss.
Both providers communication systems are an absolute joke.
I would appreciate any advice anyone can give me please.

If I could give them no stars I would. Avoid avoid avoid. Trying to cancel as my relative has had a stroke and no longer uses this service. He cannot remember the email he used on the account so they will not deal with us. I cannot even ring to talk to someone and live chat are a joke! I’ve been polite and respectful and they just cut the chat off so I’ve had to put a block on his card. Absolute thieves.

Abysmal customer service

Abysmal customer service. They make it very difficult to deal with anything other than over the phone and their call centre is absolutely crap. Useless chatbots that send you round in circles, live chat only for tv but not broadband customers. A thoroughly painful experience every single time I've had any interaction with them. The broadband service I have received has been fine for my needs but I will be taking my custom elsewhere now due to the sorry state of their customer service.

They offer trial and a discount price but also trap you in a contract for a year so be careful would not recommend worst service

Disappointed with how broadband was handled. Been a loyal customer for several years, signed up last May again as was offered 12 months for £24. Paid one month at that rate and then was charged £27 for the rest of the contract, overcharging. Someone called me to renew contract a few weeks ago, discussed staying with them if someone can contact me about the overcharging on my account, low and behold, not sorted. Now cancelled it and going to move to another provider.

Waste Of Time

They must have THE worst customer service in the country. I cannot set up a new account because my mobile phone number is on record and they tell me to use another mobile phone to register a new account!
They need to remove all closed account when requested so that in future people can set up new accounts in the future. But after speaking to the online “Get Help” system, it’s completely useless

Scammed me

Scammed me. Said i would get a free one month trial then charged me THEN when i tried to cancel my subscription it said 6 month minimum term so i have to pay for 6 months. Dont even think thats legal but ok.

Really disappointed

Really disappointed. Signed up to what I believed was a plan that I could cancel at any time- turns out that I could only cancel the premium aspect, and had to keep with the base membership for 12 months with no option to cancel.
I believe the information was misleading- had I realised I would not have signed up and I will avoid this company in future.😒

NOW is a good streaming experience & even better when they offer it discounted or half off! I recently signed up for 6 months deals on the sports packages & its all so far so good for me

Definitely will not sign up to a full Sky package again

Promotes no contract no hassle but has started bringing in 12mth minimum contracts especially on sports package and if you only want f1 channel and for the season you cant cancel unlike previous years. Customer service is no existent, only have a.chatbot who not helpful, no telephone line no way of have a conversation accept with a.chatbot which 9 out 10 says every time I don't understand. So no customer service and now we will be out of pocket as we cant get out of this contract that we didn't agree to and in fact tried to cancel 7 days later . Steer clear now just scam artists !

Do not use this company

Do not use this company. Tricked into a year subscription and when we moved to sky they will continue to charge us again, so we are paying twice for the same thing! Same with sky sports, they carried on charging us on now despite switching to sky. Refused to help or refund anything, a total joke of a company.
