NPES Solar Avis

Professional and reliable experience from start to finish. After care to sort a few niggles out are delt with on the day. Fully recommend NPES Solar.

I cannot believe how good this company is. Very helpful and responds to enquires extremely quickly which I really appreciated. The installation of solar panels and Tesla Power Wall battery was done to a high standard using good quality materials. Installers were willing to take time to explain how the system operates.
Very Pleased

Heard of this company through a personal referral. Impressed from the get go on how they approached my ideas and how they designed the solution for me. The staff who turned up did a first class job and the back office staff also very helpful

Hi Gary and Team,
Apologies for the late response regarding the installation of our solar panels and battery system in December 2022.

However, l can assure you that we are absolutely delighted with everything you have done, right from our initial contact with you through to the completed installation and beyond. Your organisation and installation team have proven to be professional, polite and attentive to our requirements, providing detailed information and guidance throughout the process.
The comprehensive Handover Pack along with the ease of use of the associated Give Energy App has proven to be invaluable (although addictive) 😂 We would therefore highly recommend your company to any prospective purchaser, without reservation.
Kind Regards
Mickey & Anne Baker

The installers arrived promptly to start the job. They were friendly and worked quickly and efficiently to overcome an unforeseen difficulty. They remained on site while the batteries were commissioned and when they left they ensured that we knew who to contact should we encounter any problems.

A great experience from outset to completion - responsive, diligent, guiding, competitively priced - and delivered a fabulous system quickly.
The whole team are great to work with - totally recommended!

Had a solar and battery system fitted to my property in July 23 after months of research and couldn't be happier with what NPES Solar have provided.
Gary was really helpful in giving advice on the system I required to fit my needs and the different equipment being used too.
The workers who visited the house were polite, friendly and helpful in showing me what was going on. I had to leave the house one day and leave them there and they even hoovered up before locking up and leaving. The electricians were particularly good and helped to set up the app and got me running with it too.
The aftercare so far has been speedy too in providing the handover packs and certificates needed to get me on the right tariff. I'm confident they'll be available to help me with any faults that could arise in the future too.
I will 100% recommend these to my friends and family without any referral payment gimmicks required.

From planning to installation we were kept updated on all aspects of the schedule.
The actual installation was carried out when we were told. The two electrical engineers worked very hard in difficulty weather conditions and when finished cleaned up everywhere they had worked. Finally once finished they spent time to go through the installation explaining how things worked. How to use the apps. So Gary, Matt and Dan. You are a Great team a lovely company to deal with. I would recommend you to anyone as the number1 in your field.
We had got quotes from 4 companies. You stood head and shoulders above the rest and you were not the cheapest. But definitely the best.

From initial contact right through to the system handover, I can't fault NPES Solar. Having had a bad experience with a previous company, NPES did everything they could to reassure me that their installation would run smoothly - and it did! They weren't the cheapest quote that I had, but I feel that I had good value for money. Sometimes you really do get what you pay for.

I am very impressed with NPES Solar having had panels and battery storage fitted this month. The whole experience was good from the initial quote, the survey, fitting and instant response to queries. The system performance is also exceeding expectations. I recommend this company 100%

I would like to give a big thank you to all the guys at NPES. From start to finish they were helpful, informative and polite.
They installed our system in September 2022, (solar plus battery) I still feel comfortable calling them them to ask random questions.
We had a short delay in beginning due to the logistics/supply of components coming into the country, but communication was good, and in the end we settled on a slightly different system.
I'm very pleased with the SolarEdge system that was installed.

I relied on Trustpilot reviews and referrals when selecting an installer for solar panels and Tesla Powerwall and EV charger, and am entirely satisfied with the service I have received. Jon and Gary, the owners of the business, are professional and knowledgeable and provided, and tailored, an installation design that met my specific requirements in terms of performance and price. The solar panels and charger were fitted quickly with minimal disruption. The Powerwall was fitted considerably later, but this was to do with Tesla supply issues (now resolved). During the wait, NPES kept me informed and once the battery arrived it was fitted quickly. Matt did much of the wiring installation, and he did so expertly with care and attention to detail. The panels, charger and battery are now working perfectly and we are already enjoying the benefits. The handover pack on final commissioning is excellent. Any queries we have had are quickly responded to and resolved. I have confidence in their expertise, I am impressed with their quality of work and have no hesitation in recommending them.

With so many companies offering solar systems I had many companies quoting but only these guys gave me the confidence to spend my money . They were not the cheapest but I believe these guys offered what I wanted . Totally professional and informative from start to finish . Working with me and finding solutions to problems. The roofers and sparkles were a great bunch of lads , polite , knowledgeable and did a very very neat and tidy job . But they drank all my coffee and a box of hob nobs … The system was up and running in two days and generating enough to run the house on even in March ! A real pleasure to deal with , nothing was a problem . Highly recommended people to deal with .

We asked for NPES Solar to prepare at least 5 different variations of our quote, and each time was met with professionalism and patience.

The install itself was done with great care, and we are happy to recommend their standard of work and expertise.

Excellent company.
From my first contact with Gary to the final visit from Gary and Jon I was kept informed of what was happening.
Installation was flawless.
I cannot recommend this company enough from Gary, Steve in the office, Matt and the installation team and Jon who explained the system. They were all helpful and very professional and the work was completed to a very high standard and at a very competitive price. They could not have been any better. I will certainly recommend them to friends and family. Thanks for a stress free installation.

Excellent service. Throughout the whole process the company kept in touch with updates on progress. Anyone who came to work on site was very pleasant and polite. Whenever we contacted the company with questions and queries they always answered the phone or emails quickly with sound answers to our questions. Excellent from begining to end, including follow up service. Would thoroughly recommend.

Having had a couple of hard sell salesmen round concerning installation of a solar panel and battery system I checked to see if there was a well recommended local firm.
I found NPES solar and we couldn’t be more pleased with the whole experience from start to finish.
We possibly paid a bit more than we intended and waited 3 months for installation but got a bigger system and a very smooth process.
Communication has been first class, the team pleasant, clean and professional and everything has happened seamlessly including the scaffold which was up for less than a week.
Before they left the installation team set up a very handy app with us and it’s really fascinating to see exactly what’s going on!!
We haven’t had to chase anything and NPES even sorted out a pre existing anomaly with our meter registration so we could switch energy companies.
We have no hesitation in recommending NPES solar based on our personal experience.

Had a 12 panel system with GivEnergy inverter and battery from NPES in August 2022. Great company to deal with, highly recommended. Personal service and good workmanship.

A very professionally installed solar system with 130 panels on our factory roof. It was completely hassle free experience. The system is working very well.

provided an excellent and professional service from the quote to the installation.
