Ill change my review when my problem is fixed
Ill give them credit, they follow up on the problems with my POS system that doesn't work... but after about 7 weeks, it still doesn't work and they refuse to send a tech out or send new equipment. I dont know why we continue to trouble shoot through the same phone calls that never change anything

Support is very poor with frequent…
Support is very poor with frequent transfer of calls to different departments. Never able to speak to mangers or a live person that can help elevate your issue if it is unresolved at basic level employees. The basic level employees take all the heat when you are annoyed at being on a call for 30 min to 45 min being passed around from dept to dept starting explanation of your issue for the 4th and 5th time. it is obvious this company hires poor English speakers that try their best shame on the manger and admin level staff who nevefr talk to you they are probably in the back having a smoke and a whiskey welcome back to the 1970's
