I cashed in some funds and they arrived on time but you’d expect that to happen! I don’t understand though why you cannot get hold of your money over a weekend - I requested the money on Friday and got it Monday which I knew would be the case but I still think it should be quicker.

Found and using old investment account
I found an old investment account book from when I was a child and was able to track down the dormant account which has a bit of money in it. I've started using it for savings and also opened a Premium Bonds account. The portal is easy to use but it's a bit painful moving money in and out, having to use a manual form. It does work but in this digital age, seems a bit antiquated.

A very easy process
I purchase Premium Bonds every month & have done for many years now. The process is so easy, as I pay by Direct Debit from my account. I am informed every month that my transaction had happened & my Bonds had been purchased.

Its hard to know what feedback I give this company.
I pay a weekly standing order into a premium bond account and there is never a problem. Mony leaves a UK bank and is received by NS&I the same day. 5 stars.
I have not tried a direct debit payment. I like to tell them what I want to do rather than they tell me what they are doing. My money, my choice.
Withdrawing from a premium bond is a different matter. I found the action hard, and drawn-out when it did not have to be. Only 2 stars really plus a bottle of hair dry as I turned grey !
