Transport manager cpc
Was looking for a company to do my transport manager cpc and came across ntp I can not highly recommend them enough the support was amazing if you had any questions thay were answered quick and explained so I understand thay also have access to audio with is great if you are busy I would recommend ntp to anyone and i will use again for any future courses thank you so much for the help and support

Waste of money
Never got a single call or text of support. Clearly not interested in anything apart from being paid. Try to cancel my course and got threatened to go to court. Not a good reliable company.

When you signed up, you agreed to the terms and conditions, which included a 14-day money-back guarantee. This period had already passed, and 73% of the course materials were accessed before any attempt to cancel was made. The terms also specified that payments are to be made on time and in full as part of the 6-month interest-free agreement. Unfortunately, this obligation was not met, and the outstanding balance remains payable.

Best decision I ever made… being a professional HGV driver and a tramper meant that I was tied for time to sit in for an exam… I chose NTP because they had an audio version of the tutorial and it didn’t let me down…

Really enjoyed the course and found all the tutors to be prompt and helpful whenever I needed assistance.
The content was well structured and easy to follow. I was able to access the course from my laptop & phone, which was extremely useful.
I would thoroughly recommend the course to anyone.

The mixture of video and text is good I…
The mixture of video and text is good I like the option to listen to the audio. I like the fact there is a student support group within the app and on Facebook. I like the fact it texts fail to check in and give helpful tips. I like the fact that there is a chat available to discuss any issues or questions. That I can do it at my own pace. That there is an option to have a meeting with a tutor.
The one drawback is they are not open on a Friday which happens to be my day off and the one day I was going to be guaranteed to have time to complete the course.

I would recommend NTP. I have had a very good experience doing the Transport Managers CPC on line course, its taken me a while to get their. I have had help & encouragement from Daryl & Mark all the way. Thank you.

Hi Olivier, I am sorry that you did not feel it was satisfactory to your requirements, I wish that you had come to us directly and spoken to us if there was something in particular that you were looking for within the course that you feel we haven't got included within the course. Please remember with your course purchase you have access to a tutor for 12 months if you require answers related to the course you purchased.
Course is very in depth for career…
Course is very in depth for career prospects tutors do help. I started the course on a iPhone and ipad but unfortunately for the exam you need to have atleast a pc or laptop that has windows 10/11 Atleast minimum or you will not be able to sit the exam my laptop is a windows 10 but wasn’t compatible when doing the test before being allowed to booking test so will need to purchase one suitable.

So today i recieved the great news that…
So today i recieved the great news that i had passed my transport manager cpc course and gained a qualification that i never thought i would be capable of getting. Thanks to mark and the team at n.t.p and the help and guidance given and my own dedication i managed to acheive this goal . It wasnt easy , but can recomend anyone considering doing this, then ntp would be the perfect choice. Making good use of the podcasts and all the available content will ensure you get there.

Fantastic team
Fantastic team. The course material was very informative. I looked around many classroom based courses but felt NTP offered me the best solution of preparing from home in my own time. Darryl has been great with assistance when needed. I would highly recommend NTP online course for PSV transport manager course.
