Total scam. Ordered it once and 3 shipments and charges appeared on my credit card. Cancel subscription almost impossible. Buyer beware!!

I really like the NuCelle products
I really like the NuCelle products.
They have revived my complexion wonderfully.
The company I brought from quit carrying the line when they were bought out.
So I ordered on line. I received an incorrect order so I called the 800 number given on the 'returns' page and left a message as requested for a return call. I did not received a return call. I called six more times on different days but still no return call. I sent a letter to the Blaine, WA address because I was from the United States. Still no response. I needed additional products but was concerned about the no response for 'returns' on the last order. But after a couple of weeks I decided to order anyway. When I ordered I saw a remarks box for special instructions so I included my last order number and gave a short explanation of the problem and received a call that day. They were very apologetic and corrected my order very satisfactorily. What ever the glitch with the 800 number was I hope it has been corrected.

Very easy to order. As the product comes from Canada it takes a little longer to receive - but worth the wait!

Great product and service
Been using Nucelle sunscreen for maybe a decade now. Shipping is always prompt and the product is excellent - best sunscreen I'd ever used.
