Sadly I’ve not received my parcel
Sadly I’ve not received my parcel since ordering in early January. I understand it would’ve been something to do with Royal Mail or another delivery service but I didn’t get any updates from Nudea except for and order confirmation and Despatch confirmation, haven’t heard anything since then.

Amazing
Amazing! First time I've brought a bra that actually fits!! Despite being measured in high street stores, I've never found a bra that really fits, there is always a slight issue. With Nudea, the bra fits perfectly. Maybe more than I would normally spend but knowing it fits, I'm happy to pay the extra. Also nicely packaged and you are able to return and do an exchange for free (I ordered the wrong size initially and made it so much easier than having to do a return and re order).

Very Disappointing Face Mask
Very disappointing masks, very hard material definitely not breathable doesnt mould around your face like its shown on the website. The earloops so weak and stretchy they wont last long before they snap. Also very rude and unhelpful customer service, stay away from this company there is much better and cheaper masks out there and much much friendlier companies.

The face mask does not have a nose wire…
The face mask does not have a nose wire so for someone who wears spectacles this mask does not meet requirements and is not cheap

Hi there, thanks for you review. Our face coverings are not advertised with a nose bridge rather our masks our simple face coverings made from premium sustainable materials which are breathable and soft. This is the reason they have been rated so highly. We use premium materials on all our products which is reflected in the price. As a start-up business we charge a price that is fair to cover our costs and time take to make this product. If you do wear glasses then we would recommend buying a mask with a nose bridge as you say this should have been considered at the time of purchase
Never again
The masks look deseptively nice and comfy on the website. In real life the material is not breathable, it collapses on your face and the masks are not suitable for people wearing glasses. I also think it is a disgrace to charge that much for a facemark during the pandemic.

If you are wearing glasses, masks with noses bridges are more appropriate and ours do not have one. We are also a premium underwear company that sells quality products and our prices reflect the design and quality that goes into all our entire range.

Hi Suzanne, sorry to hear this. We do offer a fit guarantee and free returns on all bras that do not work so I'm suprised to hear that you ended up with a Bra that did not fit. We would be more happy than happy to offer an exchange or refund as this is part of our Fit gurantee. Disappointed in this face mask, which was much more expensive than others I have bought. I found it to be a poor fit and uncomfortable.
