I normally do my reasearch but this time I didn't. I sent an email with both of my order numbers and no one responded. Tracking shows the order was confirmed but hasn't shipped. I will be disputing if it doesn't ship by 7/14/2025.

As other have stated, products was never shipped. Express shipping and it’s now been two weeks and only a label was created with no further shipping info. Will be requesting a refund and disputing charges.
Should’ve done my research before purchasing.
