Nuform Cabinetry Avis 5

I ordered a pull-out drawer back in May and never received it. I called Nuform numerous times and they always told me they were looking into it but never resolved anything. I opened up a BBB complaint, and they never responded. Still holding out hope that they will see this and resolve the issue, but I feel I'm running out of options to recovery my $129.

I purchased a microwave cabinet on August 10, 2023 from this website. Today is September 23rd, 2023 and I haven't received it. They charged my card, I have emailed them 2 times, once last week, and once the week before. I received no reply and I am going to dispute the transaction as well, leave the worst reviews possible if they don't take the 30 seconds it takes to let me know if the damn thing is being built, coming from China or Iraq or wherever they get them from, etc. It is supposed to be prebuilt in the USA and painted. They have some nerve charging me and not shipping me something or at least taking a minute to explain their side of the story. Refusing to reply to my email makes everything worse. However, after the initial bad experience, they finally refunded me today 10/20/2023. It shouldn't take long for anybody to respond, especially when the emails have an order number and it was such a small price. $205 isn't a huge purchase, but I still have to build it myself because they couldn't take 10 seconds to email me to tell me if there would be a delay, etc.

WORST COMPANY ever they will just stop responding to your problems wit damages.,my best advice first would be go elsewhere.. but if you have to use them, use a credit card and if u have a problem with them, file a dispute with your credit card.. my credit card company withdrew their payment to nuform.. totally had my back luckily..

I had used Nuform before. Price and quality are good -- same as other RTA vendors. Nuform's advantage was that you are supposed to be able to order one day and pick up next day at warehouse in Davie, FL. This time I dealt with Eric in sales and he confirmed that my items were in stock. So I prepared an order and waited for it to be priced out. Called and emailed next day. And the next day. And the next day. No response. So I lost the job -- I now have two butcher block counter tops, sink, disposer, faucet, etc. and no cabinets and no job.

Good prices for good quality cabinets. They did end up being made in China but whatever. They don't respond to emails very consistently so call. My items took a month to get here but that's freight for you.
