I tried to cancel the subscription
I tried to cancel the subscription and even emailed them about it, they have not done anything. My account is deleted and everything and there is still 30 bucks a month being taken out of my bank.

I was able to locate and review your account. It shows you signed up for the $1.00 trial, but we did not receive any requests to cancel until 12/13/2023.
When signing up for our background reports, the subscription does outline that it will auto-renew until elected to cancel. You can contact us to cancel at any time, and will not be billed for your next billing cycle.

In the last year, the numbers that I check, you have no data on. It is frustrating because these are telemarketer numbers and they call at least 10 to 15 times a day. I am canceling my subscription.

If you haven't already, we encourage you to check out the Monitoring feature, which you can activate on up to ten reports you have run. Once Monitoring is activated, you will be notified as soon as we receive any new information in that report, such as a new phone number, address or even court record.
