Thank you for sharing your feedback. We delivered your number on 27 June 2023 along with an ownership transfer email that included clear instructions and a reminder to register your number to keep it active. According to Ofcom regulations, if a number remains inactive for three months, it will be disconnected.
Unfortunately, if a number has been disconnected for over a month, it is not possible to recover it. Since the necessary steps—such as registering and maintaining a top-up history—were not followed, the number was disconnected. We understand this is particularly important for a charity, and we urge you to take extra care in keeping your number active to avoid such issues in the future.
We did our best to keep you informed during the order process, and once the number is delivered, the responsibility to maintain its activity rests with you.
If you have any further questions or need additional assistance, please feel free to contact us via email at info@numbersmarket.co.uk or by phone at 03335777777 during business hours.

Very Good Customer Service
I got some hiccups since I am not in UK, they send the SIM to me and follow up the activation process. Very proactive and patient.
You do not need to worry that they will just collect your money and left you unattended. Very good CS.

Exceptional Service for Unique VIP Mobile Numbers
I recently availed the services of this platform to secure a unique VIP mobile number, and I must say, I was skeptical in the beginning, but the experience exceeded my expectations. The platform's commitment to providing distinctive and memorable numbers is truly commendable.
The vast collection of special UK numbers, including Gold UK Mobile Numbers and Premium Numbers, offers a diverse range to choose from. What sets this service apart is the 'Create Your Number' feature, allowing users to personalize their mobile numbers for a bespoke touch. I wanted to create the exact number I used in my home country for the past 21 years and it came to 99% exactly what I expected which is more than the value for money.
The process was seamless, and the platform's reliability was evident throughout. The team's dedication to customer satisfaction is apparent in the quality of service provided. I particularly appreciated the transparency and trustworthiness exhibited by the platform.
Whether you're a business looking to enhance brand recall or an individual seeking a unique mobile number, this platform delivers on its promise. The added convenience of receiving a free UK SIM card, tailored to your preferred network, is a thoughtful touch.
I highly recommend this service to anyone in search of a VIP mobile number. It's a trustworthy platform that simplifies the process of finding a distinctive number, contributing to a strong professional image.
