Scam , email and phone are not working. I did not receive my order

They don't respond to support tickets, emails for contacting them are dead.

Avoid - don't waste your money!!

Ordered something, got something else. Part of the picture was missing. They messed up my Xmas gift. I wrote to support, didn't even bothered to respond. Money out of the window.

They sell my painting on there page, which I never gave permission for. And on top of that, I drew it when I was 18 and was still learning to paint, it is definetly not worth 40 Dollars xD

Was sent a faulty canvas, without numbers on it (in a painting by number set…) the customer service is a joke, they are refusing to refund me. Avoid at all cost!!

Just ordered from this website .. once you’ve put in your card details for you order it keep asking do you want other products which are hard to click off. Consequently, I pressed the wrong line and it added the magnifying glass to my order . No way to edit or cancel , phone number is wrong and customer service line takes 48 hours.
I will never recommend or use this site again. I will return the whole order.

Colours way off. Some lumpy. Contacted them via email to kindly voice my concern, but a bot "replies". When I reply to their email, I get the same reply. All automated. Spent $41 thinking at this price I would get quality. I have had a lot of experience with PBN's and whilst I realise the photo in ad will not be exactly like the one we get, this was way off. Will stick to cheaper PBN's which have way better quality. Should have taken notice of other reviews before purchasing.

It is the first time I have ordered from them, and I must say that I was very pleased with what I received. I have ordered Woman and Cat, and the canvas and the colours are amazing. The communication was also excellent, as I could see every step, and the delivery was pretty quick. I will order from them again. Thank you very much NumPaint.

I wish I had seen the reviews before I purchased the kit. I won’t order from this company again. It took several weeks yo arrive, which is typical from China, but the website doesn’t indicate this. As others have mentioned, the paint colors didn’t match the color chart and the paints streaked and wouldn’t absorb into the canvas, which had some sort of shiny finish to it, there were also sections on the painting with no numbers indicated, so guessing what goes there is the only option. I do a lot of these paintings and this was the worst experience ever. Seller has not tried to remedy the situation,

Total copyright infringement. At least one of my paintings has been used without my permission.

You are thieves you have stolen my art and selling it paint by number

My three paint by numbers arrived on time and well packed, the price is very good for what you get. No requirement to mix colors! This is a lovely project for myself and daughters

Ordered for my father in laws Birthday. Took ages to arrive and it was package poorly. The paints did not match the canvas and half of the paints were rock hard. Contacted them but very unhelpful and did not seem to care. Absolute waste of money , please don't order from them much better websites you can order from.

I didn't get an email confirmation of my order which was suspicious - I thought it hadn't gone through but the funds went from my account. The kit took over three weeks to arrive and was damaged on arrival. The packaging was OK so it must have been packed broken. It has arrived with no delivery note or address. It seems to have been reforwarded by a UK mailing centre, having come from China. I've just checked their site re a refund and they say you have to mail back at your expense - I am just waiting for them to tell me I have to mail it back to China. I will be pressing for my legal right to a refund but don't hold out great hopes. I'll try my bank next for a refund

Ordered only one paint by numbers to try this company and it was delivered in good time, the painting was nice and the colors are amazing…No complaints! I will continue to buy from this company and recommend it to others
