False advertising of possy bra which was supposed to be beige ( pink!!). They advertised 2 for 1 deal. Didn't happen. One bra arrived which didn't come close to meeting in the middle. Before I even took it out of it's plastic packet I could see it was tiny despite having sent accurate measurements.
They don't respond to emails.
NO CUSTOMER SERVICE.
Returned bra for a refund. No response.In my opinion they are rip off artists. I am $64.88 NZ out of pocket.
Not happy that at 70yrs I've been conned.

I bought 2 bras online from this company. Their bras look good, but unfortunately their sizing is way off. Cup size depends on band size (just come in S, L, XL, etc) so, for instance, if you have a slim frame but are more generous in the bust and you you order the correct band size for your torso, you'll find the cups are way too small!
The main problem comes when you try to return and get a refund. There is zero customer support; even though I am being bombarded with advertising emails from "customer support", they do not respond and I can't find anything on the website to initiate a return and refund. I've blocked the emails and given the bras away - will never buy from them again!
