Nurd PC came highly recommended in a Facebook group I’m part of, so I reached out just before Christmas for a rough price guide on a custom build my son wanted.

Once he’d saved enough, we went ahead and placed the order—paying a deposit first and the remaining balance about a month later. I’ll admit I was a little nervous initially as the payment was via bank transfer, but there was absolutely no need to worry.

My son has now had his PC for a couple of weeks and is really pleased with it. The service from Nurd PC has been excellent throughout. Even when we ran into a small issue (entirely our mistake—we’d plugged the HDMI into the wrong port!), they responded straight away and had it sorted over messages within 10 minutes.

I’d 100% recommend Nurd PC for any custom builds!

Recently got our 2nd pc for my daughters birthday from nurd. I had my own previously and both are amazing. They work to whatever ur budget is & fast delivery. Daughter is so happy with her build and would recommend and buy again

We wanted a gaming PC for our sons 18th Birthday. We hadn't got a clue were to start so contacted Nurdpc, gave them our budget and told them our son loves Deadpool. They contacted us to discuss what the best specifications were, how long it would take and how they could incorporate a Deadpool theme. Although we were incredibly nervous about parting with such a large amount of money, the team were brilliant and kept us updated every step of the way, providing photos and videos of the completed PC which was delivered to us 10 days later. To say our son is thrilled is an understatement and his dad had to resist the urge to keep it for himself, so we will definitely be ordering another one. So please do not hesitate and waste your time just contact these guys straight away.

Contacted company asking about PC parts that I was looking for my first PC.
They responded soon and were happy to help and provided list of what was available so I could choose what I like the most.
Their website is being improved as of the time so I was only able to contact through Facebook messenger.
I expect once website is updated you can purchase directly from there.
Over all I am really grateful for the help and would recommend them if you are shopping for PC parts or for a perbuilt.

Nurdpc just wow is how I can describe this company and my experience was nothing but amazing . Having been gaming on console most of my life I always wanted to switch to pc gaming . Having looking online and stumbled across this page I was hesitant not knowing what to expect but after reaching out and talking to Fraser he couldn’t have been anymore helpful . After agreeing a price he got straight to work fitting me in his busy schedule. Small deposit was all that was needed and the rest on pickup which really eased my anxiety parting with a large amount . Also Fraser kept constant contact answering all my questions at all times of the night and sending me pics of the build at different stages until it was finished . What a joy to deal with a company so focused on customer service. Unrivalled spec for your dollar, in the first instance but the cherry on the cake is the pure dedication to looking after you throughout the whole buying process AND afterwards. Three months after we received the PC, we had an issue with security certificates and BIOS upgrades that were required. Fraser was straight there with flawless instructions on what we needed to do. After normal.offuce hours too. Anyone looking for a new PC can buy from Nurd with 1000% confidence you will be looked after throught the whole process. Amazing company

Was recommended Nurd PC by numerous tags on a PC group had I joined to help me buy a gaming setup for my son’s Christmas present.
From start to finish they have been excellent, from returning late night messages, to talking me through what he would need for the type of games he plays. Even when I’ve asked stupid questions 🙈 They matched my budget with a quote and then did another quote when I upped it. This was obviously time consuming when I hadn’t committed to buying from them at that point.
When I was asked to transfer such a large amount of money I was a little nervous (as you are in this day and age of scammers) but all went smoothly and I was messaged when it was ready to arrange a day I would like it delivered. It arrived safe and sound on the specified day and I am over the moon with it, as is my son. I will definitely be using Nurd PC in the future for any upgrades or new builds.

My son asked for a gaming pc for his birthday and I didn’t even know where to start I had a look about and people recommended this company and I’m so grateful they did,I gave them a message and right from the start they have been fantastic giving me the right advice and everything I asked was answered and guided through with absolutely no pressure whatsoever to buy, I’m so glad I did purchase the pc and monitor my boy is absolutely over the moon he said it’s smashing and everything he’s wanted. Been like a kid on a road trip waiting for frazer to fit me into his busy schedule and build my pc last minute, constantly asking him is it done yet but the wait was definitely worth it. Pc looks amazing and super neat inside and the whole experience was great, always kept me informed about progress etc just really good company to buy from. With all that said id definitly 100000% reccomend nurd pc for anyone looking for their next setup 10/10 service and good craic!!

Having a son who is starting to get into gaming was a daunting thing to learn, especially as the Christmas list returned and it had in big letters, Gaming PC. That is where my knowledge stopped. I placed a post with recommendations on Facebook, and the results all 42 of them, 40 of them were for NurdPC. So I done a little research, ensuring no Chinese ai bot was responsible for reviews, which i can gladly say wasnt the case, what was clearly evident, the reviews were real and it clearly showed great builds and great real life experiences in relation to excellent Builds & customer service.

I now had my mind set on a business to use, however I was still clueless, what happened next was genius, by the genius himself! I sent over an idea of what my sons vision/dreams were, it was then met with such precision, it's quite unbelievable, to say the least.

The specs are out of this world. The communication, commitment of pure knowledge from NurdPc are absolutely amazing, couple this with Outstanding customer service and you have one of the best experiences I've ever met from a business, alike one of those 20 years ago when real customer service was important.

Fast forward 4 weeks and my son's build was ready, it was packaged so well, even a monior mishap with "Royal Mail" meant the package arrived in harmed.

I fired it up, not having a clue what I was doing, to be met by exactly what I described as my sons vision, the colour, quality and precision of the build was clear, again further emphasising such a rare find, of a business who care.

Admittedly I didn't have any clue how to even power up a moniter, yet, no issues again, one simple message and I was talked through what to do and my screen come to light, quite embarrassing, seems as I manage an engineering team who run over 100 EV fleet 🤣.

If you want a PC that's built to your spec, by a clear concise expert of the trade, then look no further. These gents are top of Their game and it's refreshing to find such good values that are hard to come by these days.

As anyone ordering online in 2025 especially from a place I had not heard of other than seeing recommended in multiple pc gaming groups, I was apprehensive parting with a significant amount of money. But my gosh I am glad I did, I told them the budget and they immediately got to work sending me a spec list and guiding me through it, I’ve built pcs myself in the past so had a good idea about parts etc but anything I was unsure of they was more than happy to help even at late hours. We came to an agreement on spec and set a build date and delivery date. Delivery was tracked and next day and arrived very well packaged and the pc works an absolute dream out of the box. I don’t think I could’ve built the same pc for the amazing price and quality of customer service, warranty and support. 110% recommend to a friend and will be using NurdPC for future builds. Absolute 10/10 experience!!!!!

i was speaking to the guys at nurdpc about a unit for my sons birthday. they were very knowledgable and suggested many options to fit in my budget. there was no pressure at all for any upgrades etc just great honest advice. the communication was spot on and i was kept up to date with how the build was going. the unit arrived yesterday and im so pleased with it. i cannot wait for my boy to open it for his birthday! thank you again NurdPC. i would highly recommend them

What can I say about Nurd PC apart from what an absolute pleasure to deal with. After deciding to get a gaming PC again after 20 years of console use, I soon realised things had got a lot complicated in the gaming PC minefield. I read several reviews about Nurd PC on Facebook and contacted them for Advice. The help I got was outstanding and the order was made. Contact throughout was brilliant and replied to queries almost instantly. The PC arrived quick and well packaged, and I am totally blown away, what a superb build. Please don’t hesitate to contact Nurd PC if You need advice or looking to buy, you won’t regret it.

Amazing customer service. Really responsive and helpful. Asked what we wanted the PC for and came up with the specs and budget for that. We had an issue with the power cable and that was sorted within 24 hours. Would highly recommend.
