I had a really disappointing experience with Nureh.

I ordered an unstitched suit for Eid and paid in advance, expecting everything to arrive properly.

Unfortunately, when the parcel came, one piece was missing. I contacted their customer service immediately, and they assured me the missing piece would be arranged after Eid.
After that, things just kept getting worse.

They later told me the piece wasn’t available anymore and asked me to return the entire suit for a replacement — and on top of that, they expected me to pay for the shipping. This didn’t feel right at all since the mistake was clearly on their end.

When I asked for a refund instead, they refused. I also wasn’t interested in anything else from their website, so I felt completely stuck.

Their customer service made the whole situation even more frustrating. Every time I called, I had to explain the entire issue from the beginning. No one took ownership, no names were shared, and all I got were vague responses like “give us some time” or “call tomorrow.” This went on for days, then weeks.
At one point, they even mentioned a 3-day replacement policy — which made no sense since I had already reported the issue immediately.
In the end, I was left stressed, unheard, and stuck with a suit I can’t even use — while they kept the money.

This kind of experience is really disappointing from any brand. Customers deserve accountability, clear communication, and fair solutions — especially when the mistake isn’t theirs.

Nureh customer service is good. They respond very quickly to queries and concerns. The dresses 'look' good. However, if you know fabrics, you will know that the fabric is substandard. Essentially what you are paying for is the 'design' or look of a dress. If that works for you, then you should be fine with this brand. But those who are after quality fabric, this ones not for you. It was my first and last time with Nureh.

had one of the worst shopping experiences ever with Nureh, and I want others — especially international buyers — to be aware before ordering.

I ordered an unstitched dress, and the fabric they sent was so little that my tailor said it was impossible to recreate the outfit shown on their model. The amount of fabric simply did not match what was advertised.

I contacted their team on WhatsApp, and the customer service was extremely unhelpful. They didn’t seem to understand the issue, kept giving vague responses, and offered no real solution. I then tried emailing them using the address listed on their website, and the email bounced back saying the address doesn’t even exist.

Between the poor product, the lack of proper customer support, and the non‑functional email, this entire experience has been incredibly frustrating. Based on what I went through, I would strongly advise others to be cautious before ordering from this company.

I received my international order in around 3 weeks time. I ordered 4 suits for Eid. These suits are stunning more beautiful than pictures. Nureh customer service through watts app is very good I asked when will I receive my parcel they tracked and give me exact date of delivery. I am very happy and highly recommended to my family n friends in UK.

I ordered two expensive dresses on 14 th of Dec . They provided a FedEx shipping number with doesn’t exist . I have email their customer care 3 times. Yet no response. I regret ordering through them now. I should have just done it again with LAAM or Vaanya Pk instead. Horrible customer service. I’d give them a zero for it.

I ordered a suit from UK to be delivered to address in pk. I first selected their shop address in rawalpindi but their delivery driver couldn't reach there for reasons unknown.
Then I said to resend to a different address and still not received.
I wont be ordering again. Not happy with the service I was provided. All the details I had given were correct as well

Nureh is the best online shopping websites it's clothing designs packages customer service and above all and it's very economical I would say everyone should shop from here

The article I order was amazing and the colours were so vibrant and flamboyant .however,the delievery was quite slow.
