Nurtabay on amazon costs 2k and on website costs 5K I am telling about MRP only.. There are two websites for nutrabay on that is selling 2kg Nutrabay gold isolate at 10K and other that is selling at 7k. Somehow there is lot of confusion around this product..

Super flop company with worst consumer experience , they don't have any reliable courier partner they don't know where is the parcel, they don't know when did the parcel get deliver, they don't know how to refund the money, the are just filled of jokers.

It has been 7–8 days since I ordered the product, but I still haven't received it. This morning at 8:00 AM, I received a message saying it was 'Out for Delivery,' but it is now 6:00 PM and the delivery hasn't arrived. I can't reach them on any number—I can't contact them via chat or call. All the numbers are showing as invalid. I think something is fishy.

I purchased a flavoured creatine from nutrabay offical app after some uses they change its colour earlier it's colour was light orange but now it's turn into dark orange and smell is not good expiry date is 11/04/2027 and when I message them in contact support they can't reply my message
Worst support. Worst delivery partner, expressbees. Wasted 10 days, still haven't received the product. When I asked for refund after 5 days, they said they can't issue a refund because the product is in transit, which their delivery partner won't deliver for sure. To get a refund, you can refuse the delivery, which I'm not receiving. So, no refund? After 10 days, received their response stating they'll issue a refund after their delivery partner expressbees returns the product, which they seem not to do.
In the name of support, they have one lady who doesn't respond properly, feels like talking to AI. Never buy nutrabay products from their official website.

Nutrabay is selling fake products. I used flavored nutrabay creatine 250g. Literally i didn't get any single result even strength didn't increase. Before I used MB creatine which was fantastic, also I got muscle growth as well as strength but with nutrabay, both lacks. I recommend not to use nutrabay products.
These site giving some offer for their own product but dont jump on that beacuase their delivery partner xpressbees are the worst irresponsible idiots,they only deliver the product if they have mood,they alwasy updating like customer is not attending their call ,if we try to contact the nutrabay they simply tell ,they will deliver within two days I waited almost 5 days for a product just 1 km away from me ,then I finally cancelled now I am waiting for my refund almost 10 days now still not get back my refund .so please avoid this site otherwise only use cash on delivery
Nutrabay is selling fake products. I bought Nutrex products from them, and when I verified with the brand, I discovered they were duplicates.

Nutrabay is a good product but my experience with the delivery partner was very bad all the time because they did not deliver it to your doorsteps and they want you to pickup from their office because they dont have delivery boys or delivery vehicles. The delivery partner is Xpressbees worlds third class delivery partner.
I have used nutrabay creatine for a long time.....its useful but you buy the same product at amazon or flipkart at the lower prices.I would suggest you to buy nutrabay products but not from its official website
