Great product but...

The product is fabulous. It cured my memory loss completely in 2 weeks.

But they have a hack because immediately after placing an order, a person named Caleb called pretending to be Nutraville (makers of Neuroprime) and in the guys of checking my order we on my credit card number for me and try to put through a charge of $1700.

So the company is great if you call them, but if they call you, it may be fraudulent. Again the company's name is Neutraville as noted on the
bottle.

Great service and product!

I order the subscription of Pineal XT Gold, 18 bottles. I was told they would send 3 bottles at a time as I needed them. There was a little hiccup in the 3rd reorder, but they contacted me and made everything good. The product is good and the service is great!

How to get in contact with company?

Tried several different ways to contact company, phone #-302251961 not accepting calls; wrote email on website-no response. My husband and I have been taking the NeuroPrime XT for almost 6 months but neither of us are having any success. I have 13 bottles left of this product and would really like to get a refund.

He was very helpful and understanding…

He was very helpful and understanding regarding the lack of effectiveness the Zener medication on me.
Unfortunately it did not affect my tinnitus levels and they even increased slightly occasionally.
I appreciated his knowledge of the product and being able to get a partial refund!!!

My first 6 month auto subscription was filled with wrong product.

My first 6 month auto subscription order of Pineal Guardian X was wrongly filled with another product and delivered. On my 2nd try, I was able to connect with Gavin, a Customer Service Person who was helpful and explained steps going forward. A few days later, I get an email from Sharlene, who apologized for the error. I emailed her a photo documenting the wrong order. She replied in a couple days later by email and stated they would be sending the correct order. I did not have to return the wrong product. A nice gesture on her part. The correct order was received about a week later. A bad situation had a proper ending. Glad for that. Gavin, the Customer Service Person and Sharlene were very professional and great at their jobs.
One recommendation to offer: some of reply emails that I sent to them came back undeliverable. Maybe it is a layer of security??? That was a frustrating as a customer. JH
