Nutrinova Shop Avis 

Due to my busy work schedule, I frequently buy supplements online from a number of trusted outlets: Amazon, iHerb, and Professional Supplement Center. Out of all the companies, Nutrinova provides the WORST customer service AND engages in unethical business practices. On 2 separate occasions I ordered Black Garlic but was sent Black Nettle. Even though I returned the Black Nettle for a refund, Nutrinova never refunded my credit card. What is more, I filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau, which included photos of my credit card statements, to show that Nutrinova never issued a refund. Instead Nutrinova lied, stating that they issued refunds. It is inconceivable that after three years of being a loyal customer Nutrinova would repay my allegiance by choosing NOT to refund me for products that were duly returned to them. I will never shop with them again; furthermore, I will inform my large network of health-conscious friends and family to NEVER patronize them.

Nutrinova gave my credit card number to a third party without my permission and they billed me. My bank closed the card, fraud. They are no longer trustworthy.
I have bought from them before and like the products. I cannot now. I don't want my credit card number out to the criminal world .

SCAM SCAM SCAM

Ordered Endocam. Heard nothing for 2 weeks. e-mailed them and was told it was on backorder. Told them to cancel the order. Two weeks later....called..
not cancelled. Asked again to cancel. Told I would have my refund in 5-10 days. 2 weeks later...called again. Had not been cancelled...told them to cancel and was told again I would have refund in 5-10 days.... 2 weeks later no refund. Called again last week and asked to speak to supervisor. I was told they would call me back. Never happened. This order was placed 6/27. It is now 8/24.

I placed an order online, after 10 days without receiving the product and no communication from the company, I called the advertised # which was answered by a person from Nigeria, who gave me another # to call which was also answered by someone from Nigeria: when I explained my concerns, she said there was no record of my order being placed, I explained I have the receipt and a charge on my credit card, she then requested my credit card information. Through much effort and investigative work I found an email address to which the company eventually responded, and the company in the email stated there was no record of me placing an order; I then responded by email with an attachment of my receipt. The company then suddenly , asked if I wanted a refund, and of course I said yes.
