Be careful

Be careful, they charged me even after I had cancelled my subscription and had received an email confirming. The first months, the sensor arrived late, when the previous one was no longer working.

Bloodwork used to feel like a scary report card. Now it’s a dashboard I can influence. My dietitian helped set time-bound, realistic targets. The program gave me clear next steps. When numbers improved, I knew which habits helped. I finally felt like an active participant in my health.

One day the CGM spiked even though I…

One day the CGM spiked even though I barely ate. A huge presentation and poor sleep were the culprits. We took the stress sessions seriously after that. A brief breathing practice before big meetings helped. Earlier bedtimes helped even more. Those random spikes showed up less. It proved stress care wasn’t extra—it was essential.

I am loving my Stelo CGM and Nutrisense

I have been wearing my CGM for a month and have been seeing my blood levels and that’s been very helpful. But just recently I had my first support call with Rachel, my Nutrisense consultant, and she showed me all the other information that was available on the Nutrisense app and helped me understand the reasons that my blood sugar responds the way it does. and that’s been a game changer for me. She was very supportive and very sweet. Overall, the consult was a great experience and I am finding the CGM and Nutrisense a very positive experience.

Having an awareness is the first step…

Having an awareness is the first step to improving anything and Nutrisense does just that with my glucose levels, it holds the mirror so I can reflect on my actions. With Nutrisense I am able to make the connection between what I feel, and how I react to what I am feeling via food. For example, I had a stressful day Friday, and to sooth my stress I tend to go for carbs, soon after, I get a ding… glucose spike. Before Nutrisense I would’ve carried on spiralling into hrs, days sometimes even weeks, but now I am able to pause and reflect so I can quickly recover in a day or two.

Excellent customer service and support

My dietician, Lindsey, has been so helpful and supportive! The one time I had an issue with my sensor the customer service team was also very quick to respond and offer help.

I had a little trouble getting set up in the Nutrisense App, but once done it seems easy to use. I found the Nutritionist to be extremely helpful and knowledgeable in interpreting my results!
