Dear Valued Customer,
Thank you for your review.
It is possible that something in your diet is potentially compromising optimal absorption and utilization of the nutrients of the product. Also, the effectiveness of any supplement depends on a combination of following a healthy diet and adhering to the correct recommended dosage. Additionally, each persons system is unique as it relates to tolerance and/or reactions to any supplement. So if a person were taking a medication or an over-the-counter product it could be an impacting factor.
If you would like to return your purchase we would be more than happy to satisfy your request. Just email us at email us at support@ihf.zendesk.com. with a return request and we will get the process started for you.
We appreciate your business and your complete satisfaction is our number one priority.
Healthy Regards,
iHealth Fulfillment
