Order was confirmed in January and it said they shipped it on February third. I have attempted to contact customer service with no success. It is now April, and still nothing!!!!

I ordered a Texas Longhorn yeti tumbler Jan 23rd of 2026. It is April 14th 2026 i still have not received my tumbler, any type of customer service response regarding an eta on my order, not have i gotten a refund. Do not recommend this company.

Ordered a product 2 months ago, the site says it shipped. Their shady chinese shipping service doesn't even have a record of the shipping number. At this point, I'm probably out the money but no one should be ordering from this scammy site.

My complaint mirrors many others! I ordered 2 Greek Tumblers on January 20, 2026 and as of today, March 18, I have heard absolutely nothing from NUVORSA. I’ve sent 2 emails requesting an update…no response to either. I contacted Shopify and they sent them an email. I still have received no response! Do not waste your money!

The order took so long that I had forgotten that I placed the order. I ordered a Texas Longhorns Yetti tumbler. It looks so cheap and nothing even close to the original picture of the product. A scan of the QR code resulted in "couldn't be found." STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY! You'll just lose money.

I placed an order on January 21,2026 and I still as of today’s date of March 11, 2026 have not received my order. I have sent numerous inquiries as to the status of my order with Nuvorsa only to receive excuses upon excuses as to the reason for the delay. I also informed them to just cancel the order and refund my money since they obviously cannot fulfill my order but received no reply.
Stay away from this company!!!!

I would give 0 stars if it was an option. This company is a scam. My experience mimicks that of other reviews here. Ordered a tumbler and bracelet, received a tracking number that never worked and when reaching out to them the response was I needed to wait longer for the tracking information to update. 3 weeks and nothing on tracking. Disputing the charge with my credit card. Stay away from this site it’s 100% a scam company created in October 2025.

Ordered an item from them at the end of January. Got an email back with tracking information that states it was never shipped. Sent an email requesting a refund and got a response that they are having delays and to just wait longer. Will just dispute the charge and be done with them.

How do you leave a 0 star review? Not only have I still not gotten any product after almost 2 months but I haven't had one email response in a month. This place is a complete scam STAY AWAY !!!

IT'S A SCAM stay away from it. After I ordered a Wonder Woman tumbler, I waited 2 weeks but didn't receive it. When I contacted the seller they send me a link that has virus when I clicked on it. I just reported the seller to PayPal to dispute the transaction
