It's an easy to use platform. The information is 80% accurate. I love how it list the different choices and gave the information that is needed. I just will conclude that keeping your website up to date with current info is the most important.

I tried to cancel my trial subscription NUMEROUS times over a few days via the website. It would not allow me to cancel. I sent them three emails telling them I need to cancel, the website wasn't working, never heard back. Tried to call the number given for customer support, could not get through. They proceeded to charge my card for the monthly subscription, which I am disputing. I am NOT going to pay this, so why do they do this to me? Overall a frustrating experience, one that angers me.

I remember to check there names carefully and accurate.

I forgot someone name so put their number in and it gave me the right information because we use nicknames so didn’t want to ask not sure they would feel like I was being rude to not remember. And they know mines I don’t use nickname

Nuwber is one of the best resources for locating those "hard to find" people, shall I say. Combining a suspect's address with a street view of Google maps, which either shows the property ghosted out or prevents virtually standing in front of it, leaves no doubt that you've found what you're looking for.

Trying to find some friends after losing their phone number when I lost the password to my email and facebook accounts. Tried looking for the husband and using various sites, no results. The minute I put in the wife's name--BINGO!!! The address and phone number appeared. I know it is correct because I know the address.

Provided a lot of information without ads.

Often provides enough information to determine if a missed call without a voicemail left warrants a return call oe a number block. Unfortunately, the more sophisticated scammed can make it look as though they are calling from just about any available phone number, so blocking just that number may not prevent future calls from that person, entity or robocaller.

I just wish Nuwber was free to access all available information. I get that they're not a charity and I truly appreciate that what is provided for free is often useful!
