NWT Direct Avis

Plenty of choice and knowledgable staff
Speedy delivery about two hours after I had chosen the radiator
Highly recommended

Dave was very helpful, giving good advice and not price focused but recommending items that best suited my needs and ideas. Delivery was prompt and very flexible to suit my schedule. Would recommend NWT.

Visited the showroom and chose a stunningly designed 300mm high radiator to for underneath my bay window. The sales colleague discussed the radiator in detail printed the data sheet out so I was able to check with my installer that the output was sufficient. I was able to see the radiator on a large wall mounted computer screen (nice touch). He was extremely polite and knowledgeable.
Price was good and delivery was arranged direct to my home on a robust pallet shrink wrapped and on my selected delivery time.
I chose this company over an online retailer as I felt reassured, they are on my doorstop and I was confident that the after sales care was going to be of the highest order. Yes I could have got it slightly cheaper on line but favoured the face to face experience.
My radiator is now fitted and looks stunning.

I've had 3 2 kw wall mounted electric heaters cold mornings cold nights excellent heat boost warms 12 x12 room at full temperature within 20 mins 24hr timer temperature settings excellent value for money with 5 Yr warranty

Excellent service, prices and delivery. Thank you to Lee who has an encyclopedic knowledge of the product range to help us navigate the huge range of options available to fit out a new bathroom. The showroom is sufficient to help crystallise ideas with the help of Lee and the website which is very comprehensive. One damaged item replaced speedily with no problem. We will certainly return again for future projects.

I have used this company once before and always said if I needed another radiator I would be back and sure enough...
I needed another rad...
One phone call and all sorted and yet again awesome service....
It was delivered the next day as informed when making the purchase.....
Keep up the good work NWT ....
Your highly recommend....

Staff were very helpful in giving advice and were very quick to send out a replacement when one of the radiators was faulty.

Ben was extremely helpful when I had a minor problem with my taps. All sorted now. Job well done!

Excellent service, friendly and efficient. I was kept updated, the products are good and it is so good to be able to talk to a human being and touch and feel the products before buying.

Great service from the member of staff to sort rad and and get the delivery arranged.

Thankyou very much

Exelent service would recommend

Good choice of pruduct, very helpful staff.

Great to buy direct from a manufacturer. Their range of towel rails is exceptional - couldn't find what I wanted elsewhere. Had a query before ordering and it was promptly answered on the phone by someone who knew what he was talking about. That makes such a change!!
Good quality product at a good price with all the necessary matching fittings.

A great range of quality products at good prices. Dave made the purchase easy and delivery was in a few days.

The Cariad range is distinctive and a pleasant change from the usual "industrial" radiator designs. Friends have already commented on the chrome highlights. The example purchased arrived earlier than expected, with exemplary communication from the vendor.

Although not yet used in anger, as it was installed in mid-summer, previous experience with aluminium radiators tells me that I have no doubt that this will do exactly what it was designed for.

Really great service and advice from Lee, had to return a radiator as to big and exchange for smaller, Radiator picked up and smaller size sent , No issues at all , even though in Liverpool,

NWT Direct were really helpful and made my purchase easy.

Lee was very helpful and knowledgeable, gave great advice on what to purchase.

Excellent service from Dave knowledgable and helpful as I hadn't a clue what was needed. Very quick delivery and great products. Thank you!
