Excellent service and support.
As a small company it is comforting to receive service and support from a company who knows who you are and what you need.
Typically we don't need to speak to anyone unless something isn't working, but when we do need assistance we invariably need it quickly without spending time sitting in a queue for a faceless overseas call centre.
The personal touch still matters.

Great Customer Service
We have worked with Andy and his team for over 12 years now and their customer service is fantastic, they are very responsive and nothing is too much trouble. We would highly recommend working with Nxcoms.

Totally recommend Nxcoms for all communications!
Nxcoms have been our one-stop supplier since our move to the Voice-over-IP and SIP trunks.
They have provided us with voice trunks and telephone system and I couldn't recommend anyone better.

Telecoms and Broadband Services
We have used services for both telecoms and broadband for a few years now and have very few problems or downtime. Even when we have we can get hold of someone straight away which makes life easy and stress free. The issues have also been fixed within a very short time frame too.
