Great experience with Club Shop set up!

We’ve had a great experience with NX Teamwear, especially Elliot, in getting our club shop set up.

He made the whole process simple, guiding us through each step and keeping everything moving. Communication was clear and quick, and nothing felt like too much trouble (even with our modest club size!)

Thanks to his help, the shop was up and running smoothly without any hassle. Really appreciate the support. I would highly recommend and we are looking forward to working with them in 2026.

Extremely disappointing

Extremely disappointing – 7-week delay, automated replies, and poor resolution

I had a very disappointing experience with NX Teamwear. My order took nearly seven weeks to arrive, and during that entire time, any communication I received was automated — no real updates or support from a human representative.

When the order finally arrived, it was incorrect. I contacted customer service, and the response I received was a brief, generic apology and a £2 refund — which felt completely inadequate given the extended delay and the mistake.

There was no real ownership of the issue, no meaningful apology, and no explanation of what went wrong. The whole experience left me feeling ignored and undervalued as a customer.

I won’t be using this company again, and I’d advise others to be cautious before ordering

Horrendous

Horrendous. Our club kit is through this so called supplier. Ordered a simple training top back in March. Still hasn’t arrived. Numerous emails and asked for a refund several times and still nothing. Avoid and don’t use this company. Worst experience with cricket kit we have ever had.

Just terrible

Ordered kit which was met with a "your order will be with you in 14 days"
After 14 days another email saying due to issues it would be another 10 days.
After 10 days I heard nothing, received nothing.

Sent an email to their support team after waiting on the phone for over 30mins without answer.
The email generated an automated ticket number but when you try and see an update it asks you to log into a company portal which obviously as a customer we cant do.

Still havent received my kit and am now looking at legal remedies to get my money back.

Just a terrible experience from what is obviously a cowboy company.

I’ve waited 6 weeks for an order and in…

I’ve waited 6 weeks for an order and in the meantime have had to purchase items from alternative suppliers. Order is finally delivered and I’m told that they can’t refund two items as they are personalised ie they have the club name on them! They can easily be resold. I understand they can’t accept returns of items with player’s names but it’s ridiculous not to accept any returns especially as the reason for return is the 6 week delay in delivery. Do not order from this company.

Updated: anyone else experiencing delays of more than 30 days, this is a breach of Section 28 of the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and you’re entitled to treat the contract as ended and receive a refund.

Absolutely horrendous

Absolutely horrendous - avoid like the plague.
Still waiting for the right kit more than two months after ordering. No one replies to emails. Can’t get anyone on the phone.
Judging by others’ reviews, I’m not the only one.

Still waiting after a month

Still waiting after a month. Still no cricket shirt. I have rang them to give them a chance to explain. Said we would have it by last week. Still no top for my son. No replies to emails. Just not good enough.

Worst of the worst customer service.

The fact that nobody replies to their reviews gives further evidence on how bad the service is. Over a Month still waiting for my order, they don't reply to emails, don't answer phones and blatantly lie on the website with lead times on orders. Avoid this company it's horrendous. Our club shop will be moving asap. Never again.

We ordered over £7k worth of kit for…

We ordered over £7k worth of kit for our cricket club...

After months of delays and lies from their customer support team, we had our first delivery today of batch 1 - what was supposed to be over 150 junior shirts... 12 turned up!

No answer on what happened yet from their support team, and we're supposed to have another delivery this week of batch 2...

2 weeks into the season and it's embarrassing for our club to be playing in random kit because Masuri are useless

It was a Horrible Experience

It was a Horrible Experience. They take ages to deliver the orders, and the NXT-sport number never picks up the call. If you call them at 1 a.m., it will still say that you're the 12th caller, and the waiting time is 1 hour. Utterly disappointed.

APPALLING SERVICE

APPALLING SERVICE. Kit ordered, lead time of 5-7 days quoted. 7WEEKS later and still waiting, have rang NXT 15 times now chasing our order and same rubbish excuses given and promises of kit will 100% be dispatched in 24/48hrs….and still no kit. Absolutely terrible company to deal with.

Not delivered. Terrible service.

Like many here it seems, ordered team-specific printed kit cricket whites a month ago and not received anything. Phone just rings. Tried to contact through contact form and on email. Nothing. Terrible service all round. Don't set your team up with them.
