Having spoken to Alan for sometime, prior to signing on the dotted line. I felt Alan built his trust with my family and I, irrespective of knowing if we were going to take out a product with him or not.

I have spent many years trying to find someone that has a passion for their work, is clear in what they are doing and who is able to deliver what is required for the customer. Alan has done that and more in abundance. Alan has given me the confidence, support and knowledge, having reviewed my life insurance, trust plans and will just to name a few.

We made contact with Alan a few weeks ago now. He was very professional and knowledgeable but also made us feel at ease instantly. He talked us through our Wills and LPA’s without the usual legal jargon which I must confess goes over my head and I then lose interest. Alan gave us time to ask as many questions as we wished and also the opportunity to get back to him if we had thought of anymore. He was always at the end of the telephone or email if we needed him. Alan dealt with our ‘legal stuff’ smoothly and professionally and we would not hesitate to recommend him to family and friends without hesitation. Personally I believe a lot of other legal firms could learn a lot from Alan when it comes to people skills and not making people feel inadequate because they do not understand all the jargon.
