It does not work as it say

I bought a plan that says I can upload up to 5 files per case and it does not allow me to upload anything. I have contacted them and they does not reply to my message. This is terrible.

Sorry to hear about your experience with NYAYAM. It looks like the file you are trying to upload exceeds the token limit of the Premium plan. Please upgrade to the Max plan for 10x limits.

Not useful to me, minimal credits, no customer support

The monthly credits ran out before even completing one project. I asked customer service to review it and heard nothing back. The paperwork they did produce was not accepted by the clerk, either.

Was billed 3 times for max tier

Was billed 3 times for max tier, recovery code does nothing. Directed by the tool to use the most draining forms that exhausted tokens in less than an hour, no customer service number and the hallucinations were offensive and disturbing

Please make sure you are not using incognito/private browsing to make sure your subscription status is preserved. We are continuously improving the AI model to reduce hallucinations and improve the output quality.

A truly useless AI

My suggestion: fire all of your developers and consult with a knowledgeable professional. This is gutter trash. Utterly despicable.

Loved the app, billing is a HUGE problem

Loved the app, it was useful through several legal issues. However, billing is a HUGE issue. First, you can't change your own form of payment or cancel an account. I tried both and although customer support said it was done, and my interface showed it, I kept getting billed month after month to my original card. I literally had to get a new credit card just so I would stop be billed to that card. HUGE hassle, not resolvable after several attempts through customer service. Why can't they offer a simple "change payment" and "cancel subscription" options?

To cancel a subscription, you simply have to click on the star icon in the top left and go to manage subscription. We are working on a way to change payment method.

NYAYAM IS A SCAM

NYAYAM IS A SCAM! THEY STEAL YOUR MONEY! THEY REQUESTED I SUBSCRIBE, SO I DID. I PAID FOR THE SUBSCRIPTION TWICE NOW, SO THEY NOW HAVE $400 FROM ME AND THE PROGRAM QUIT ALLOWING ME TO ACCESS IT A WEEK AGO. I HAVE SENT DOZENS OF EMAILS REQUESTING TO BE ASSISTED IN GAINING ACCESS BACK AND I HAVE EVEN RECEIVED MULTIPLE RESPONSES, HOWEVER THEY STATE THAT THEY CANNOT ASSIST ME IN GAINING BACK ACCESS. THEIR MANIPULATING EVERYONE! THEY SAY YOU SHOULD HAVE RECEIVED AN EMAIL WHEN YOU SIGNED UP WITH A RECOVERY KEY. THEY SAY CHECK YOUR SPAM FOLDER KNOWING THAT THEY NEVER SENT THIS SUPPOSED EMAIL. HOW DO I KNOW THIS? WELL JUST READ THE REVIEWS ON TRUSTPILOT TO SEE HOW MANY OTHER PEOPLE THEY HAVE DONE THIS TO. THEY ARE LITERALLY SCAMMING PEOPLE OUT OF THEIR MONEY. JUST THINK ABOUT THE PERSON WHO PAYS THE $2,000 FOR THE ONE-YEAR SUBSCRIPTION AND THEN THEY ARE LOCKED OUT A WEEK LATER AND THIS SUPPOSED "SUPPORT TEAM" IS JUST SPINNING THEM AROUND AND AROUND IN CIRCLES, KNOWING DAMN WELL WHAT THEY HAVE DONE! THEY RESPOND TO EACH OF THESE BAD REVIEWS, INSTRUCTING THEM TO CONTACT THEIR SUPPORT EMAIL AND THIS SUPPOSED RECOVERY KEY. THEY ARE DOING THIS IN AN ATTEMPT TO MANIPULATE THE READER INTO THINKING THAT THE DISGRUNTELED CUSTOMER MIGHT JUST BE DOING IT INCORRECTLY, BUT BE ADVISED...THEY ARE DOING THIS ON PURPOSE TO STEAL YOUR MONEY WITH THE TRAP THEY HAVE SET FOR YOU. THEY DO OFFER AN AMAZING SERVICE, WHICH IS HOW THEY LURE PEOPLE IN. THEY GIVE PEOPLE A COUPLE OF WEEKS WITH THIS AMAZING SERVICE AND THEN REACH OUT TO THEM BEGGING THEM TO WRITE A REVIEW, KNOWING THEY WILL OF COURSE, AT THAT POINT WRITE A GREAT REVIEW, BUT I BET IF YOU ASKED THOSE SAME PEOPLE HOW THEY FEEL NOW, THEY WOULD NOT HAVE THOSE SAME GOOD THINGS TO SAY. THEY THINK THEY HAVE IT ALL FIGURED OUT BECAUSE THEY THINK THEY HAVE EVERY AVENUE COVERED, BUT THEY DON'T. I WILL BE POSTING THE THREAD OF EMAILS THAT HAVE BEEN SENT BACK AND FORTH ON SOCIAL MEDIA AND MANY OTHER WEBSITES. YOU CAN JUST GOOGLE NYAYAM WOZART TECHNOLOGIES SCAM, AND YOU CAN SEE THE THREAD FOR YOURSELF AND SEE JUST HOW THEY OPPERATE THIS SCHEME. THEY CON PEOPLE OUT OF THEIR MONEY AND RUN. THEY THINK THEY HAVE THE ALGORITHM PLANNED JUST PERFECTLY, BUT I AM ABOUT TO SHOW THEM, THEY MISSED A FEW THINGS!

I'd give zero if I could

I'd give zero if I could. As soon as you upgrade it seems to block you from using the app. All my case is gone I wasted lots of hours on that. Customer service is terrible it's been well over a week and I don't want the subscription canceled. Please look for an email from mrussell11234 that's at gmail, respond and refund!

Do not trust these people with your money

I paid $200 after $20 and they ignored me over 5 days until i filed ftc complaint and bank dispute. They never upgraded my account and ignored my emails. This is grossly overcharging for the poor service. Do not pay these people $2,000 or $200.

I'm changing my review because I was emailed the key and it helped me be recognized as a member. I hope things work out because out of all the apps I've used this one is the cleanest. It's easy to download documents. If there were a little better memory it would have 5 stars.

I gave two stars because this could be a marvelous tool for a person dealing with court and needing help. It is smart and provides document downloads with ease. I loved it until the problems overtook any help I was getting. First of all I was still discussing the one case that should have been allowed per week. When you leave the site and go back everything is gone. In order to remind AI what the case was about I had to paste the form back in. That worked but then was counted against me and I was offered a paid subscription. I responded that it was the same case and that cleared things up. Until the next time and I decided to just pay the $20 per month membership. I still get kicked out and it said I reached my limit for the week. I have only discussed 2 total cases and one is supposed to be free per week. Plus I actually paid so I do not know what all is included but I'm not even getting what should be free. I tried getting support. I emailed and did not get a reply. Then i tried using the recovery for my account and it asked for the code I was given when I signed up. I never received any code.

The disappearing information is very frustrating but this makes it horrible. Ive wasted a lot of time and I'm going to get my money back if it can't be honored that I have an account.

What I'd really love is to use the membership.

You can get your recovery key via email through the "Recover Account" button that shows up at the bottom of the screen when you click on the star icon on the top left at nyayam.org.

It just hasn’t been user friendly for this 77 year old male.

It just hasn’t been user friendly for this 77 year old male; including not being able to make copies of provided interactions. I would like to terminate our relationship and cancel any and all payments with Nyayam after my initial $20.00 one month agreement has been exhausted.

We are sorry to hear about your experience. You can export the cases to PDF for saving them to your device by clicking the export icon in the case list. You can cancel the subscription by clicking on the manage subscription option in the subscription modal. We will continue to make efforts to make NYAYAM as intuitive and accessible as possible.

Terrible customer service

Terrible customer service! I paid for a premium plan and it has never worked immediately after paying it would pop up and say I entered my maximum I must pay for an upgrade however at that point I had not entered anything. I reached out to customer service and waited 3 days for a response and it said nothing about my issue. The response literally asked my what the issue is I was having and I had explained it in detail in my initial email when contacting customer service. So never have been able to use the app and lost my money that I had paid for premium service. I would not recommend.

I would give 0 stars if I could

I would give 0 stars if I could. It's almost impossible to cancel your subscription. You cannot cancel from nyayam.org and have to email them, however, they will not get back to you to do so. I am now forced to go to my bank to put a stop payment to avoid future charges.
Not only am I paying for a service I can't cancel, the site keeps telling me that I need to upgrade to access the features I'm already unwillingly paying for.
