Highly recommend. Exceptionally through level 2 report complete with supporting photographs (including ones from a drone). We had both a pre and post check in call too.

We were recommended Richard by a friend to carry out a house buyer’s survey, and we couldn’t be more pleased with the service he provided. His report exceeded our expectations — it was incredibly detailed, clear, and thorough. Richard took the time to talk us through the findings and was always available to answer any questions we had, no matter how small. Myself and my girlfriend had requested quotes from multiple Surveyor firms and found them to be quite expensive. The estate agents we were working with referred us to Richard and Oades Residential Surveying. Richard's quote was vastly more pleasing compared to the other firms, and he completed a quick view of the property online to confirm the type of survey we would need. All very efficiently and on a Bank Holiday! He then scheduled a sit-down call to go through the survey report structure and answer any questions we had.
Richard was able to squeeze us into his schedule so soon after first contact.
After seeing our new property to complete his survey, he dropped us a quick call to give us a summary of what he was going to write up in his report, giving us early peace of mind that everything was positive. Richard remains available to answer any questions we may still have.

Richard has been superb throughout. Really easy to deal with and was very helpful having a phone call both before the survey to discuss any matters and then a follow up after the survey to review the points in what was a very comprehensive but easy to understand survey document, complete with pictures and advice.
