Very professional, helpful and refreshingly knowledgable. I’m an experienced investor with many properties and assets in my portfolio. I hold high standards and will only deal with companies whom I feeel actually know what they are talking about!. So many times in the past I have come across ‘salesy’ companies who just want my money and have little regard for actually helping me find solid opportunities which actually make sense. Oakbridge Group are not one of these companies.
I dealt with Frazer Charles throughout my experience. We bonded over some shared interests and I very quickly could see he knew what we was talking about. He also was available for calls out of hours which really helped with the time difference.
He showed me very thorough due diligence on one particular option. I feel like they’re really done their homework with the investments they proposed.
I ended up investing in two of their products - a house with an attached housing association contract and a land planning opportunity. We are also still in talks regarding further options.
The house I bought has completed and I’m now in contact with the housing association directly. First rental payment was received on 1st July.
The planning application has been submitted. It will be 12 months before we see if this is successful, however I’m getting regular updates from Frazer.
I wish all companies were as easy to work with as this one. Thank you Frazer and good luck with the sailing!
Frazer and Georgie are great. I dealt with these guys before when they were working at a previous business and I’ve now secured my 3rd and 4th investment with them at Oakbridge Group.
They are the only people I trust for UK investment property and I would recommend them to anybody.

I purchased a property through oakbridge and have no complaints. Very nice staff and very helpful. They showed me a few different options then we had a call to discuss them and talk about how it would work. Everything is going great. So far so good. I’m now dealing with the housing association directly and I received my first rental payment on 1st July. Thank you to Frazer and Billy.

I’m a mortgage broker and one of my long-term BTL clients used Oakbridge recently for help sourcing a new investment purchase. Oakbridge were great to work with - they didn’t put pressure on my client and took time to talk through the benefits (and risks) of the investment.
