After trying lots of loan companies to help me and alot of turn downs oakbank gave me the opportunity and the help i needed and cut my debt payment in half every month. Amazing communication they text or email you directly in plenty of time to let you know your payment is due. Plus you get your own sign in portal where you can see your balance and make payments if you have extra money pluse have help options if you are struggling to pay i think customer care is 100% and hace no regrets.

I was given a loan straight away with still high, but fairly reasonable APR. As a result of taking the loan, my credit score went down. I obviously want to improve my credit score, so i tried to pay off part of my loan by using my credit card, but Oakbrook do not accept credit cards. This is really unfair. You help me affect my future negatively by giving me a loan, but don’t help me fix it. Credit card payments should be accepted. I can afford their repayments, let me deal with that
