Bought some in stock items last week. All items arrived much more quickly than expected.

Delivery was brought forward. Three lovely polite and respectful guys brought the new furniture and took away the old as arranged. They also took away the packaging.

Great price and service and the items look lovely in my home. Brilliant.

What a great team from the store to the delivery team. Whilst in the store your not pressured into buying and they leave you to browse at your leasure but are on hand to offer advice. Brought lots of pieces from them and I'm so happy with everything. I recommend the store to all family and friends. Love the store and the staff keep up the excellent service

I have 3 Maine Coon cats and have been going to Oaklands for years. I was recently in and can't gush enough about the friendly, helpful front desk staff, amazing doctors and fair prices. Everytime without fail. Thank you to all so much for such great care of myself and cat family members.

We have visited Oaklands furniture in Bromsgrove a number of times and on every visit was made to feel welcome and was never pressured into buying anything. We chose a reclining 3 seater and a chair and left a deposit and they stored it for us until our house move.
We had the suite delivered on Monday and the two delivery guys carried it in put it together and tested to make sure it was working correctly. These guys were fantastic and couldn't have been more helpful, the company should be proud of them.
We are looking forward to our next visit to pick out some wooden furniture.

I've always shopped at large well known retailers like laura ashley,marks and spencer etc but couldn't find the bed base and headboard that I really liked, also reasonably priced and with a short delivery timeframe.

Oaklands was recommended to me so even though I was apprehensive I placed an order with Oaklands.

The service was excellent from choosing the right base and headboard ,to being given velvet colour samples enabling me to choose at home with my decor,to placing the order,delivery on time and delivery service very good.

Most of all I am so pleased with the bed base (sprung) and the head board which is fabulous and so well made and very sturdy.

I would highly recommend Oaklands which offers so many beautiful household furniture pieces and home accessories.

I couldn’t have asked for a better delivery experience, the delivery people were so cheerful and patient as our new settee and furniture was delivered as we moved in.

The furniture itself is excellent but when I placed the order there were no lead times on the site. I waited a week and had to chase as there were no comms. Was told 4 weeks. Waited 4 weeks and was told still shipping. My order online said pending. Had to chase multiple times as there were no updates at all coming through and even though it has finally been delivered my order still states pending. This IMO is pretty poor.

Update. I’ve been asked to re-review the purchase. As I said. The furniture is spot on. It was for me lack of comms. So I’ve changed it to a 3 as 1 is a bit unfair

We purchased a bed 2 weeks ago and today it has been delivered by Nathan & Will (think his nickname was Scamp) both guys were lovely and so helpful. From start to finish I genuinely couldn't have asked for better service & the bed is amazing!!!

Will and Nathan were very helpful and nothing was too much trouble for them.

Great customer service, Wayne was extremely welcoming, friendly and helpful. He helped us to find our first dining table which is perfect for us and we wouldn’t have seen without his help. Highly recommended. Friendly staff, not at all pushy. Very competetively priced. Special mention for Nathan and Will who delivered the furniture and, whilst waiting for another delivery vehicle to move, helped us carry other belongings into my fathers new flat - a credit to the company. Great service all round.
