I dealt with Paul in his previous role in another window company. He went above and beyond to help me when I had a few issues.
When I heard that he left and I needed windows for another project I didn’t hesitate to use him again.

I've ordered windows before but never sash or of this size. There is a lot of details to go through and make sure are right. This was an extremely important order and Paul was very helpful and is extremely knowledgeable. Always available to give a hand. If it wasn't for his help I wouldn't have felt comfortable making an order of this size.
