Lady at the front desk does not go into sufficient detail to explain what an applicant needs to bring with them to get their visa application completed. And, she uses a bit too much sassiness

Oasis was extremely fast and thorough.
Oasis China Visa provides an outstanding service, taking the complexity and worry out of the process. I appreciated the way they provide email updates when the visa application is missing documents and when it is complete. The turnaround time was faster than I expected.

Problems with expedited service
Expedited process does not seem to be much faster than the regular one. Peculiar insistence on specific statements in your invitation letter (for business visa), without much practical relevance or substance, may delay the process for multiple days.

Please understand that we handle rush and express orders with a higher priority, all documents must be checked before submissions to the embassy. If we find any issues, your application will not be submitted until the problem is resolved. This actually saves time in processing by preventing the Chinese embassy from holding your passport for additional information, and lower the chance from application getting rejected.
Our goal is to try to have the visa approved on the first attempt, and not complicate things or cause unnecessary inconveniences for our customers. I did a good bit of research before deciding to go with OasisChinaVisa. I'm so glad I did. They had great customer service, answering any questions I had prior to application submission. I was a little nervous about the short time frame we had to receive the visa's before our trip, but Oasis assured me we would have everything back in time. We received our visas back in exactly 1 week from the day they were mailed. Please note that I did pay extra for overnight shipping to and from. Thank you for the excellent service!!!

Forgot important paperwork
I had overnighted my paperwork necessary for my visa, but realized late the next day, after Oasis had already received my package, that I had forgotten a very crucial piece of paperwork. Rather than send back an incomplete visa, Oasis China Visa was very understanding of my plight and held off on processing it until the rest of it had been accepted (which I overnighted that very afternoon). I received my visa very soon after. I am very pleased with the service I've gotten from them, and would use them again if I need to.

Quick and efficient
I've used Oasis China Visa Services 2 times now. It was super easy to get my 10 year visa using them. I like their little protective sleeves they ship back with your passport. I'll definitely be using them in 10 years from now when my visa expires!
