On my review of 24 Dec 2018, Obevy asked me to contact them. So I did, and again I got an automated email response that my order was out of their jurisdiction and further more no response
Currently under management change? Bull***t. Collect money, don't deliver, don't reply and get away with it.

Order their products directly in China. Cheaper and safer.

From the information i've gathered, the company is now under new management so maybe that brought the change

Product: 10/10, bought the customisable model X1. Excellent brightness and phone compatibility.
Customer service: 5/10, RESPONSE TIME could be improved massively. Slow response time but they explain the situation fine.
Shipping speed: It was alright, delivered in 10 days with tracking information. Could be improved but I've definitely seen worse.

They have not sent me my order and they did not refund my money!
And now, they don't even respond to my emails.
I recommend not to buy anything from them!

9 Months - NO PRODUCT

Ordered on 17.05.2018 , now it is 11.02.2019 , i still have no news on my product !! THEY STEAL MONEY !! I sent them email in July last year they said it was a mix up in delivery , but since then 0 signs !!

DO NOT ORDER and REPORT to authorities !!

Same story as all the other bad reviews. Ordered a 2 for 1 promotion...only one arrived. Now getting the run around from customer service...they just blame me. Even my receipt says I ordered 2 for 1. They say I didn't. Refuse to fulfill their agreement. Contacted consumer protection to report them. Everyone should do the same. Must be a scam - so many bad reviews.
Saw them with heavy FB ad campaign...should have known better I guess...but the light up wheels just looked too awesome. But too good to be true. Learned my lesson!

Do not buy anything from them!! In their site they just play you around promising promotions that they won't make for real. No clear instruction for having what you aspect from them and when you'll ask for explanations about that, they'll put the blame on you with disappointing reasons. Really disappointed and really angry!!

Very poor customer service

Very poor customer service! I ordered on facebook, according to fb my order should arrive within approximatively a week. A few days later I received a tracking number and there it stops. After 3 weeks waiting, no sign of life, I have send several very polite e-mails, no answer at all! No posibility to even track the trackingnumber I received. I am feeling ignored and scammed! Your site is to good to be true, I will never order again and will find my bike lights elswhere!
A very angry custoumer!

Not the advertised Product

So not only the shipping time is out of this world, what i ordered ( instagram ad) is nothing like what i got at the end. I ordered Programmable LED Bicycle Wheel Light, so you see when speeding, characters like packman, or rubik's cube , etc.... (go search in youtube you'll see what i mean). What i received is " colorful bike spoke light " : Simple geometric shapes. what a joke

Poor product overpriced

Poor product overpriced. 4 lights out of 6 arrived from China wrapped in plastic. All lights scratched and 2 are missing. The same stuff you can buy on eBay 5 times cheaper. Customer service is based in London Tufnell Park where apparently is student accommodation. It looks like scam...

Lights took ages to arrive

Lights took ages to arrive. I ordered 4. 2 of them didn't work straight out of the packaging. Emailed customer services, have heard nothing.
Worried this is a scam and I've just wasted my money. 50% failure rate suggests it's an awful product.
