Expectations were straight forward. They are very organized and have simplified the process requirements. It does take a bit to pull all the documentation together, but once that information is submitted, they were very quick in turning around an initial response. The most important point is that they review every aspect of your situation to ensure that your review results account for the highest calculated credit your company has a right to file for. They go above and beyond, and leave no stone unturned.

ERTC is great for businesses who were required to operate during pandemic and Occams made the process SIMPLE
When I first heard of the Employee Retention Tax Credit (ERTC), I was skeptical, but after reviewing the regulations with Occams, I saw that this is a boon for companies. I filed for the credit in January 2023 and received over $2mm (including over $75k in penalties and interest) that the IRS provided to my company. The process was very easy as all that I needed to do was provide information and details on my business and Occams personnel did the rest.
